This is an honest review, I didn’t receive my product for free and I paid full price. The taste isn’t wonderful, kinda like a lemonade with a hint of saltiness. But that’s the only down side. I mix it with about a cup and a half of plain seltzer a day and shake vigorously. I also drink it out of a straw so it goes down faster. I have 1 packet a day so far and I’m losing around one pound a day along with the keto diet and little to no exercise. That’s a win for me! If you are stuck and need to get back into weight loss buy it, it definitely works!

Pruvitt that sells the $120 box of ketones has the same address as MCM. MCMs ketones are less than a 1/3 of the cost. I personally love these for the caffeine charge I get all day and the ketones for when I go off course. I dont think they are necessary to lose weight but they definitely helped get past a plateau. A friend gave me these pruvitt ones and I ordered a box but from now on I'm buying the MCM to save money.

So far so good! It's a week into drinking one of these per day. The taste is lemon and good. I've found if I mix it in room temp water and then add ice it tastes better. My energy levels are definitely up when I drink it! I'll try to update after a month of taking it consistently. I'm not doing full keto but generally average less than 50 NC per day. Update** I didn't first realize I was taking the caffeine version. I ordered another one without caffeine and I don't notice it helps as much. 2 days in on that version so we shall see if I start to adjust to that version.

Great product! Definitely got me into ketosis much faster then any other exogenous keto products I’ve used. Tastes sweet but I just use half the amount and still delivers on results!

So my mom uses this because I read up that this product puts your body in a specific form where it helps with blood sugar and curbs your appetite. I'm not sure with all the medical and scientific names but what I can say is that she said it does actually help her curb cravings and the blood sugar is steadily going down taking this along with other supplements.

So far so good! I take one a day. I have been taking them for 6 days now. It’s like a salty lemonade... lol it’s tolerable, especially when you are thirsty. I snuck and weighed my self on Saturday... Monday’s are my weigh in days... lost another 5 lbs. I am also doing keto, so like I said.... so far so good!

Ok so here's my honest review. If you have been doing keto for a while you'll know that these products aren't some magical weight loss remedy. BUT what they do is give you energy to continue on your journey, keep your appetite curbed and help with the side effects that keto brings. Those of you that are new to keto, this product helps with the initial keto flu. I have been doing keto for six years off and on. When I tend to get off keto and out of ketosis the keto flu is he!l. This puts me back quicker than any other product AND for the price is amazing. I've tried those "expensive" MLM ketos before but they never put me that deep into ketosis like this does. Understand that it produces ketones in your body which helps get you into a better state. I highly recommend this product especially if you're just starting out because it combats the keto flu. (No I am not getting paid or any free products for this review).
