Zosi customer service
I had an issue with one camera that failed but zosi customer service were brilliant asked questions sent possible solutions and in the end replaced with no quibbles. Many thanks to Rainbow for the excellent service and to the whole team actually as they were all great many thanks and as promised find the promised screen shot.

1st Class Customer Support
Very well made system with robust cameras and easy to install. I had an issue with getting the highest resolution from the NVR and received 1st class support from Hugh in Zosi support. Unfortunately despite best efforts we could not sort the problem and I had to return the system. That said I then straight away bought another higher specification Zosi system!

Great cameras
Great night vision of theses cameras could not ask for a better quality for the price. Easy to install with the POE capability. Also special mention to Leonard at technical support for his continuous technical help to achieve the best out of the system.

Great customer service (5* for Hugh)
Easily purchased with a quick delivery time.Installation easier than I thought, although had a couple of issues with one of the PoE cables and power adapter.I emailed my concern to the service dept. My contact through out has been an advisor called Hugh, he has been great to liaise with, sort out my concerns and resolved the issue.Thank you Hugh.

had problems but solved by a great customer service team
i purchased the camera system for my own property and when i installed it i have a few problems with the DVR it kept freezing and restarting i contacted customer service's and explained the problems to then and they were very helpful talk me though a possible solution but this didn't work in the end i needed a replacement DVR and i received it 2 days later and works brilliantly the customers service team are really helpful and explain thing so thay are easy understand and would recommend the CCTV

Like all cctv you need a monitor or TV with a HDMI connector to set up the DVR.Only one cable used to connect each camera so it does not need multiple electrical plug sockets as the digital cable supplies the power for the camera.If you have a bit of common sense the system is very easy to set up and get running.Picture quality is very high but remember to set you recording times.

Great customer service
Fitted the system nearly 2 years on from purchase. Had an issue logging in. Contacted fb customer service who helped massively and were very efficient. Zosi do care

Good value
Good cameras at very reasonable price. Had couple of faulty ones delivered which they replaced promptly. Good customer service from Zosi
