First time it came it wasn’t working. Putting it on would trip the whole house. We asked for replacement, item was replaced but but new one came with bottom not secured so all wires were hanging. It was working fine though so we thought we will just call them and ask for the bottom to be adjoined. There is no help line number or email we can make contact with, which is bit strange considering they advertise a one year warranty. So we had no option but to return again.
