It's neat, but the range is quite limited.

Does not use your wireless router. Will not notify your phone unless you are in Bluetooth range. And it stopped working after 5 minutes, could not get it to work again. Does not reach between walls. Way too expensive.Now if it used your wireless router and messaged your phone and it worked it would be worth the money but it doesn't.

It's not very loud and does nothing to keep the pets away from it.

Bought one of the a dew weeks ago. I recently had one of these in my bag at an airport when someone tried to take my laptop bag whilst I was talking at the check-in desk. Fortunately the alarm went off and saved me! Now I never leave the home without it.

I bought three for my kids rooms to help me know if they were sneaking around when we are downstairs and to known if they leave there room at night. So the main reason I go these was I have a child on the autism spectrum who is quite clever about sneaking, has zero impulse control, and does not understand danger as a 6 year old should. He can escape any child gates. I have an alarm on his door for night but he can open and shut it quickly enough not to make but a small peep. I don't want to lock him in although very sorely tempted to. He destroys our home if he wonders at night. Anyway, this device is cute and it is a good idea. However it doesn't work to the level it should. 1. The battery drains very fast even when we were careful to only put it on at night. It was 80% on all three within a day. 2. The range is insufficient. I cannot keep it connected if I am downstairs. 3. It disconnects frequently. So even though I am only down the hall, I am getting alerts through the night about it connecting and reconnecting. 4. It only lets you use device on one phone/app. If it doesn't work for our basic needs, i can't see it working for most of what the product claims. Too bad, because it was a good idea and us special needs parents could use more aids. I wish I hadn't bought three....I can't really find a good use for them given the lack of range. I put them on candy jars and left them out to test the willpower of my kids...it did not go well. I am only giving it two stars because it is a good idea and the packaging/product are cute.

As previously listed, Too expensive, for what it does and does not do, and does not do well. Its great if you want to monitor something withing 5 feet of you and you will never leave that 5 feet radius for a few minutes or hour. Then, if you do dare leave it on it will kill the battery (run it dead, no volts, etc.), it will eat the next battery the next day and so on. I have read their feedback from the Bleeping people to some of the other reviews and there is no way the Bleep Cloud will improve it, as the issue is it runs on Bluetooth and not wi-fi unless they have developed a bleep cloud to extend bluetooth beyond its current capabilities, I'm sure the FCC will be wanting to know how that will be possible. Will a future product solve these issues? Maybe, but what does that have to do with this product? Nothing.On the positive side, it would be a good toy to let a kid play with for 10 minutes or so, imagine the walkie talkies you can buy for $20, same scenario.For those wondering I own two of them so plenty of experience with them. I recently bought 2 Sammy Screamers. I keep one in my work bag and one on the back of my office door, switching between them when in and out of the house. I can see how the range can be a limiting factor but its fine for how I use the products. Nice looking design.

This is rubbish! It is not reliable and establishing a Bluetooth connection to it takes multiple tries. I was expecting a proper alarm instead of a tiny unthreatening chime when the device is set off.

Very poor. Loses connection only 2 meters away. Wasted money and also eats Duracell batteries every 2 weeks. Useless

Good idea, poor delivery. The 'bluetooth' disconnects every few minutes constantly. Even though the device is approx. 7 meters away.So every alert I get is about being disconnected and reconnecting.
