AudioBaxics Honda/Acura Navigation Retention Y Harness Cable

The seller doesn't describe this product well at all. There are questions asking if this fits Acura MDX 2001-2004. One answer says "yes", but he was wrong. Only one image which doesn't even show the pins from the plugs. I had to learn the hard way wasting money and time to find out this doesn't fit 2004 Acura MDX and had to return. But I took the liberty of taking a pic so that others don't make the mistake I made.

Brought this for my 2005 Acura TSX (XM radio model)and it worked perfect for a couple days. Then it was responsive at times......Im still testing it because its combined with the Select Models Honda and Acura iPod iPhone 3.5mm Adio Input Auxillary Aux Adapter Integration OEM Factory Stereo Radio and now Im hearing engine nois in the audio and it only plays on my left side of the car. Only perk is that the steering wheel controls work with this device.......Easy connection but poor quality but havent figured out which harness is causing the problem

So disappointed. Order was placed on Oct 8 and item was not delivered until Oct 13. Talking about "Prime" here where delivery is supposed to be expected within 2 days. To top it all off, the harness doesn't lock firmly in place, so the connection keeps coming loose and my device (radio and Navi) will stop responding. I had to improvise to keep the cable from disconnecting since the little clip doesn't lock in all the way.

Works as described. Used it to hook up an iPod adapter and still retain function of my entertainment system in my wife's 2007 Honda Odyssey.

Wrks perfect. fits a 2005 Acura MDX. Needs also a noise suppressor. Whinny noise is heard thru speakers on low volume. Raise volume whinny noise is gone or not hearable. I like it :)

Plug and play! Easier than a Sunday morning.

Adding a secondary device to a Honda car requires a Y cable. Using the Car model tool of Amazon identified this product as being the best fit.
