I bought this nest for my 2 rescue zebra finches who had started mating. It's fabric, but it is really well made, and much stronger than the woven basket type nests. I put a little square wooden deck perch infront of it to make the opening smaller. They've filled it with the nesting material I put in the cage and are inside happily arranging it.

They love it and are out of the drafts from the cooler. They like hiding in it when you peak at them. Henrietta Peppercorn instantly started making a nest from cotton I provided and made a nice soft bed. Both my Zebra Finches fit inside and another one could too. It has a bolt with washers to attach to the cage and you can move the bolt position if you need to so you can accommodate for your cages need; just put it in a different slot in the rope and tilt it the way that fits your cage. They took to it immediately and made a home keeping themselves busy. So glad I bought this and a very reasonable price. Good purchase for your small birds. My best purchase by far.I bought lambskin material and made liners to line the bottom to keep if from getting dirty I just pull the liner out when I clean the cage and the nest stays clean. I also add cotton balls that have been stretched out as a second liner and they stay nice and cozy in the winter and the rope nest itself stays completely debris free. They absolutely love their home and when the sun goes down they make purring chirps as they get ready for bed going in and out of it and adjust to the night. Great Product!! Thankyou for providing such a wonderful little home for my birds. They always go back to it.

I think this a great little nest but it is a bit small even for my conures. It's holding up well to all the chewing so far though so that's a plus. They still get in it i just don't think it'll work in the long run for nesting.

Looks good. Come as described. Sadly my birds has no interest in it. Even after trying to lure them in with treats.

First day, they just look at it from far🤔. Second day, the male looked it closer 🧐 then invite his girlfriend to take a look and 🥰 she like it,! 😅🎉It take three days for them to get comfortable, now I need a bigger cage because they are getting very active🫣 😉(🐣),so far so good👌

It's too tiny for my Congo grey parrot

It's thickness makes it sturdy for smaller birds with less destructive beaks and it's super easy to hang! I attempted to use it with a conure as well as my budgies but he destroyed it. For budgies or smaller birds though I highly recommend!

My pair of bluebirds love it. I put it up and they were in it by day 2. The height is enough for them to walk into it. Both can snuggle into it at night.. All natural fibre, no chewing on it, hung from the top of cage with one bolt/screw flat enough to line with the nest ceiling.

Mounted in outdoor (roofed) aviary, mounting hardware and actual structure seem pretty solid unlike several other products. No rust, birds like it.

My love bird love it. It's the perfect size for them.
