This is THE most amazing and informative book I have ever read! I dare you to read this book and walk away from it unchanged! This book will change your life forever! It is written in such a way that it's easy to follow. Explanations and/or Scripture are provided in abundance. This author leaves nothing unexplained, and once he has explained it and pointed you to the relevant Scripture it all makes so much sense and becomes as plain as the nose on your face. For years I have been reading the Bible and failing to understand much of what it contained UNTIL NOW. Everyone should read this book; no matter what your nationality might be. Everything mentioned in this book is backed up by Scripture and with hidden history that is now coming to the forefront. I believe everyone should read this book because it is history that was not taught to us in schools or universities. It is indeed time for America (ALL of America) to wake up and learn the truth of what has been hidden from the world for far too long! This book, along with many other books of this nature that I have read, have really opened my eyes to the truth of my people. I have a new respect for who the "Black" race is, what we have accomplished, and what our future holds! I am forever changed (for the better) after having read this book!

Great book. All African Americans should read this book and the information contained should be taught to the children. I do believe that learning this information will encourage many to change their behavior for the better. We must learn to follow what The Most High God wants us to do in our lives daily. I encourage those who are seeking truth and willing to follow it pray for a spirit of discernment and confirmation. We have been lied too so much about our history that it is time for us to learn the truth. In this search you must have an open mind and think reasonably. Understand that in this search the knowledge you gain will not easily be transferred to many of your love ones. But, do not be discouraged just continue to pray that one day their eyes will open enough to see the truth. We have been brain-washed so much that many will never see nor understand the truth. It has only been a year that I have found the truth and continue to learn shocking things about our history. The process of learning will never stop for me because the more I learn, the more I discover I do not know. Be Blessed!

I highly recommend this book for African Americans who are seeking the truth about their identity. I can remember wondering as a child why every ethnic group had a country, culture and language to identify with except us (African American Negros) as a people. I knew that other ethnic groups had been enslaved and oppressed, but they were able to maintain their identity.Well Black People, we do have a country, culture, and language but it was stripped from us because of our disobedience to the Most High. We were exile and have not been able to get back to the land because of this; however, we will get back all that was stolen and our rightful place in his timing.This book is simple and easy to read and have scriptures and historical information that you can look up to verify yourself. I also recommend viewing Dr.Yehoshua Ben Ephraim You Tube teachings about this subject. He covers the science (DNA) factor in proving that we are who this book say we are.Happy Reading

I enjoyed reading this book...will read it again. It really clarified why the majority of White America hates Black people! The author does an excellent job showing from the Bible who the so called "African Americans" really are - Hebrew Israelites. If I have any criticism about this book, it would be his opinion of why Black people are cursed, and to undo this curse, we as Black people must repent and obey God's ten commandments. This didn't sit well with me because the Bible clearly explains that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Mosaic law by His Blood on the cross and that we are no longer under the Mosaic Law (Ten Commandments) but under grace. (Romans 6:14 emphasis mine). With this being said, I still recommend reading this book.

This book is understanding about our history and the real world. It also helps people understand their existence of color and why such negative things happen towards us or to us or on us. I've been saying all alone that you gotta understand God and his work in order to ask why bad things happen. Black folk have lost the existence of nature and why it is normal to be regular, righteousness. It seems as though black gay people gets mad when they find out their gay friend is now bisexual or straight again. When God made us to be born heterosexual. This book explains the lost of society of original black or African beings on this earth.

This book was inspiring, if you haven't read this book then you should start today. Has a lot of information, & what's said in this book will make you think. Although I wouldn't recommend the 2nd part to this book.

I would encourage all so-called African Americans in the United States to order a copy of this book. It will definitely change you life. I learned so much after reading it, things I never knew before regarding the history of our people. All my life I've been in church. As a faithful and devoted member of church for the last 25 years, I can truly say that I never heard as much truth preached or taught as I did while reading this book. Wake Up to Your True Identity needs to be in the home of every so-called Negro, for we are beyond a shadow of a doubt the People of the Book (Holy Bible).

A very insightful and revelatory read into the link between scripture and black history that predates the Transatlantic Slave Trade. At times I did wonder whether the Lindsay's viewpoint was swayed somewhat by his emotional standpoint behind the text versus the actual factual data behind his research at times leading to sweeping generalisations against the whole Black and and non-Black race today. That said, who can blame him. I would like to thank Maurice Lindsay for a thought provoking and potentially life changing piece of work. This will definitely cause you to dig deeper and confirm his historical claims for yourself.
