There is no question from the time you open the box that this is a commercial grade shelf. I looked at several and, while the others looked good, they were quite lightweight, using thin sheet metal. This shelf uses a uniform thickness of heavy polished stainless steel and while not cheap, there is no question it is worth the price.Note that there are several varieties of similar shelves being sold by different Amazon sellers and they’re not all the same, and that difference can be more than cosmetic. Many are essentially a rectangular box with an open bottom, so in other words a flat shelf with all four corners folded into a box-like shape. It is hard to make that shape without it tending to flex and in extreme cases, to bend. This shelf is formed by a single sheet of metal that has a rear lip folded up at 90 degrees and a front edge that’s rolled over in a bullnose, with finished end pieces. The shape is highly rigid and resistant to torsional flex. And the center of the shelf is completely immune to bowing. I get the sense that this shelf could support a lot of weight as long as it is properly anchored.The fit and finish is on the high end and suitable for home as well as restaurant use. The included brackets are heavy-duty and bolt securely to the shelf with hidden nuts.The only let-down is the particular seller I bought if from through Amazon felt it necessary to open the box from China and slap his label on the front edge. Sorry, I didn’t pay $50+ to advertise his company in my kitchen. It’s not even a good quality label. Fortunately I was able to peel it off without leaving residue, which saved that seller from getting dinged a star for his attempt to promote himself.One other thing to mention is that the shelf arrived in a cardboard box with no packing foam or anything around it, and the brackets were wrapped in thin bubblewrap but just tossed in on top of the shelf. I was fortunate that the box wasn’t abused in shipping because it would have been very easy for the shelf to have arrived in bad shape. I guess I could call it a testament to how solid the shelf is made that it survived without damage.All things considered this shelf exceeded my expectations and I consider it a good value for the selling price. Aside from the label incident and poor packing the product itself is very high quality, enough to earn a 5-star rating.

I got two of these shelves for my microwave & air fryer. They’re very sturdy & can support heavy weights. They also added a clean, sleek look to my remodeled kitchen. Be sure when measuring the width to include the clearance space recommended for your appliance!

Has an industrial look, with minor cosmetic defects. Otherwise, it is nice. I took one star due to the fact I needed to drill a hole in the rear backsplash and use another screw to support. The 60” shelf does not include middle hardware for mounting.

Great little shelf! We were originally planning on mounting it upside down but with the way it’s designed you can’t really do that. Mounted normally and it’s great!!

The purpose of the shelf is to hold a pressure washer and I tried (bought) few shelves and this one is really rock solid (commercial quality) and despite the hidden import fees (~20-40$, I forgot the exact amount, but I say cost this product one star) I don't regret buying it. It included the screws but you will need to have your own anchors for the drywall (or if you can get to a stud, would be ideal).
