Like new... seriously, not a scratch. Shipping was a bit odd in that the tracking was lost, but it just appeared on the porch one day – actually EARLIER than expected. We love the vacuum – reasonably quiet, great suction, works well on wood floors and carpet, two batteries (both charging), great build quality and handsome design. Wish we had the money for the Kompresser model with the slider that compresses and empties the dust/hair bin because that’s a shortcoming of this device – emptying it is sometimes messy. One thing that helps is that the chromed plastic inner part with the screen is removable ... a quick counter-clockwise turn and it comes right out, allowing you to more fully remove the hair and dust bunnies lodged up higher.Thrilled with the price and the device! My daughter recently bought a house with all hard surfaces (no carpet) and this was our housewarming gift... she raves about it as well!Note: I accidentally deleted my previous review when I meant to edit it.

Well I bought this rather sheepishly, thinking it would be a fairly scuffed up used affair, plus a little worried it wouldn't really be up to the task.I don't know how they do the renewal, or if I got lucky, but it was absolutely brand new looking. Plastic on everything. Unopened everything. The cardboard box being a work of art unto itself, and therefore insanely impossible to ever put back together if you might need to return it. Dozens and dozens of compartments that fit seamlessly into one another.All cables wrapped/bagged/un-used. Filters, obviously new, never used.*shrug* I don't get it, nor why I'd ever buy 'new' if this was available. Effectively, it is new.I love this thing. It doesn't steer quite as nicely as the dyson. It's really the only slight negative, but the thing that always put me off about the dyson was the built in un-swappable battery and very short battery life.With this design, you have one battery in the base, charging, and one in the machine itself. The one in the machine charges with the vac in the dock.They swap in an instant. It was the pounce point for me, hearing they'd made it this way.I checked it out after seeing them in costco and being interested.You can run it full power and get a solid 25 minutes cleaning time out of it, and though I say that, I usually keep it on speed one, which seems to run for a really really long time, meaning I'm not getting to the swap out point anyway.Regardless, if I ever do, it's there :)Emptying it is a little gross. It works so well that it's fine dust and for us, dog hair mainly. You have to reach in and unscrew the inner filter and pull it out to get it to jettison the cargo, else it stays in place.It seems like maybe there should be a better way than that.Regardless, it's function. Works well. Hangs up and therefore charges again instantly. I'm really happy with it, and it's getting used nearly every day.Once again, I went into this, just slightly nervously. I kept my old vacuum cleaner, just in case, and after a few days knew I could throw it out.This is getting used more because if it's cordless operation. The kids are even using it in their rooms.Very happy. I can't even deduct a star for it not steering like the dyson, or the canister emptying, because they're more gripes than anything functionally bad.It's great. I wish it had a powered smaller head for the car. The floor size is just a little too large for that.

I wanted to upgrade my current cordless vacuum which kinda sucked in a bad way. I originally was going to get a Dyson, but I started to read reviews and articles and I kept seeing this model mentioned. It had good ratings. The remanufactured version was priced right, had plenty of accessories, and an extra battery. So I decided to chance it. I’ve only had it a few months, but so far I am very pleased. The suction is good and all the accessories work good too. My house is 75% hardwood flooring so I really like the fluffy hard floor attachment. It does not replace a broom 100% of the time, but it does work for 95% of the time. It has good filters and is easy to clean or empty. The stand is good too, but I decided to anchor mine to a wall. Works great on carpets. I’m betting I will only need to get out my big corded vac once every three months or so. My only disappointment is that the vibrating upholstery attachment was not included. I had read a lot about that attachment and was eager to try it. I’m willing to buy it, but so far I have not been able to locate one.

Very handy and easy to use for small, quick clean ups.

What I liked: great suction and maneuverability plus two batteries. What I didn’t like: the power head quit working within 3 months. The company sent an entirely new unit. Yay! However, the power roller head on the second one wore out in less than a year. I mean the little rollers in the bottom fell out and I had to manually hold it up off the floor to get over the debris I was vacuuming. Additionally the place where the roller head attached to the vacuum came off. It was loose for some time and I saw no way to reattach it. So I kept using it and it finally came off when I put some stress on it. This vacuum is way too expensive to fall apart so quickly and easily. I will not order another one. Looking at other options.

Loved this vacuum as far as convenience with decent suction power. It was lightweight but in less than 2 years it just stopped working. It powers on for less than a minute and then shuts down. I thought the battery just went dead so I replaced the battery and fully charged it but it still shuts down shortly after I turn it on. I tried to contact support but the link here goes to a dead page…

Works great! Easy to use. Came with 2 different heads. One for carpet and one for smooth floors. I'm lazy and pretty much always use the carpet head. The handle is extendable. If you take the hose part off, you can attach the head directly to it for a hand vac. I tried this in my car. Didn't work good for that. But it does work good on picking up things off the couch. Works best on flat surfaces. It's small enough that I can also vacuum the stairs with it. You can use the turbo boost setting if you need extra sucking power. It also came with 2 batteries. The stand has a built in charger so you always have 2 fresh batteries. I've only used the 2nd battery once. Battery life is great. The stand can be mounted to the wall or be free standing. I chose the free standing and it seems sturdy enough. Best part is no more cord hassles! Excellent buy!
