The Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Daily Bible: New King James Version

Even having so many bibles with me, I was unable to understand what I am reading and from where to start reading. I am a fan of Dr. Charles Stanly, I use to watch his sermons in God T.V. regularly. But this book Life principles Daily changed my whole life, because I do not want to miss one day reading it and I will not . This is the second book with me, I take minimum one hour to read it. Slowly, repeatedly marking the important verses and with devotion and reverence. It has changed my life completely. I thank God for Charles Stanly, what a beautiful and wonderful creation of God out of the clay! Every page of this book teach me the perfect meaning of the Word God with guidance and showing the way to how seek God.

It's great book ..

This is a great bible by a great Pastor, which can be trusted in its holding to the original text as far as possible. Charles Stanley is renowned for his excellent solid sermons and teaching and there are many nuggets held within this Bible for any reader desiring discernment while working their way through one in a year. I bought one for a Christmas gift for someone who openly stated they'd not read a Bible in a long time because they couldn't understand it. While I feel this version will probably help a lot in that respect, my only reservation is in the fact that it's primarily aimed at those wanting to read the bible in a year, hence it's done in a daily fashion and if you're searching for a particular book/verse etc, you've little choice but to head to the Contents to find a likely page for it. But overall, I think it's a superb one for anyone interested in learning more about God's precious Word. So I'm now about to buy another one!!

I find the hard back version very good to read and it helps keep me up to date with studying the bible in a year

Love, love, love this bible and in case you didn't realise this, I love this bible. I am a Charles Stanley groupie anyway and I find his explanations and interpretations Spirit filled and I completely trust what he's saying, he is a true man of God. It's a daily reading bible and I really look forward to reading it every day (as I should)! Great present for someone as I've discovered myself and they loved it too!

Quite simply, this daily bible has immensely changed my fellowship with God for the better.It has provided me with a structure for reading my bible daily and the Life Principles contained in it facilitate my bible study. Essentially this Daily Bible is an indispensable tool in my daily devotional.Compared to other "Devotional" books and bibles that I have read so far, this one is better by miles!It has blessed me so much that I could not keep it to myself. Lovely Bible, helped me actually read through the whole Bible in a year! Has some wonderful notes on different topics too, always so insightful, Charles Stanley is spot on in dealing with emotions in a spiritual manner. God really uses him :)
