Best tasting GF bread!
I started an elimination diet so have been experimenting with gluten free bread products. This is one of the best I have found.Toast it and add some Conscious Culture cream cheese (the best) and it tastes pretty good!! Makes a great tuna fish sandwich as well by just adding that bit of sweetness from the raisens.

It’s hard to find gluten free bread that doesn’t taste like dry cardboard (or like I imagine what dry cardboard would taste like). This bread you can eat without toasting and adding butter, jam, peanut butter or whatever you usually, if you do, spread on your toast. This bread you can eat right of the bag. It is soft and chewy.

Tasty Morning Toast
I only eat g-free bread toasted so I haven’t covered all the use cases here. However, I can say that it was quite lovely with a little butter - which is more than I can say for some other g-free options out there.

Canyon Bakehouse Makes a Great Sandwich
Absolute most delicious bread to make french toast. My only gluten-free choice without baking my own bread. Almond butter and banana slices would have made Elvis cry. Go to Fresh and snag the Ponce De Leon Baby Manchego Wheel and use any one of the plethora of products by Cuisinart, George foreman, Ovente etc. panini presses, griddlers, sandwich makers or heck even a waffle maker, use a frying pan and a and weighted burger press and have at it. Canyon bakehouse bread makes a grill cheese sandwich to die for. Now bear in mind there are textural differences between wheat bread and gluten-free bread - but, if you are reading this you are probably already aware of this. I certainly wish that gluten-free bread rose higher to make a larger slice. Canyon has coaxed the most out of this bread - Thank-you Canyon - Thank-you Amazon.

Best Gluten-free bread
This is the best GF bread. I love putting it in the freezer and eating it slightly frozen. Call me crazy but it’s the best. I add peanut butter and a banana on it. Best snack. 😋

Tasty, soft and fresh
So nice to find a tasty, soft and fresh gluten free cinnamon raisin bread. I have trouble finding this one in the other markets, so I was happy to find it at Whole Foods.

I AM DISAPPOINTED
My usual brand of cinnamon raisin was sold out so, after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to give this a try. I won't be buying it again because:1. each slice is tiny; some of the smallest pieces of bread I've ever encountered2. taste was just OK, not yummy; seemed dry and bland (I've never had gluten free bread before so maybe it's typical and is an acquired taste?) even with a favorite jam on itOn the positive side, I won't be tempted to eat multiple pieces at one time and go through the loaf way too quickly.
