Not as bright as the picture
The picture on Amazon is arguably brighter, darker and more vibrant than reality and it's a little hard to see the design except when an overhead light is on. Judge for yourself from my picture. Its absorbency hasn't really been tested because I don't wear sopping wet or muddy shoes into the house. It shakes out fine to remove gravel, etc. I haven't tried washing it but it seems very sturdy. It looks (and probably is) plastic. I'm glad I got it because it's MUCH more interesting than anything else I could find and I appreciate the Asian flower motif.

Color is not so vivid as in picture
The mat is thin, not as colorful as in the picture. Not sure I’ll keep it. May not be worth the price

Nice door mat
Very pretty and it stays in place. Doesn't hurt the floor beneath. Would recommend

Not even remotely like the photo
Maybe this is my fault, for not properly reading the description but what you get isn't even CLOSE to what you pay for on this listing.This kat is nothing like a regular photo mat, wherein you get a lovely picture printed on a flat surface mat that sits in front of your door.This is a tightly wound coiled rubbed mat (see photo) that attempted to have the picture printed on it.I have taken pictures of the mat next to a regular print photo flat surface mat for reference.You can barely tell what the picture is supposed to be!I am so disappointed. I will admit it'll be great for muddy icy boots bc it's made of tightly wound rubber. But it's so hideously ugly. I never would have purchased this had I know what I would get.I hope this helps future amazon shoppers to not be taken advantage of the way I was.

Color not as advertised
Although beautiful, I expected the color to be as bright as advertised. It’s much more faint.

Soft to the feet but absorbs dust
It has a really nice texture, even if you have barefoot it won't feel bad, it's really soft.It has kept my entrance way clean. I'm here to order a second one :) Wish they have more sizes and patterns!!!
