Like other supplements it is hard to know if this works. There are really no side effects and I don’t have strong cravings in the morning when I take it. However I usually don’t wake up hungry anyway.

You can get 120 stimulant capsules for the same amount of money from the GNC store. This is a ripoff. The pictures are deceiving and you can’t return it. It’s a waste of 60 dollars. I would give zero stars if I could!

I'm on my second bottle I've already seen a reduction in my hip and lower belly fat. Granted i drink gnc's lean shakes and use their meal and exercise plan along side it.My appetite in under control and i feel fuller longer.I also notice an energy and mood boost and metabolic rate.10/10
