USN Meal Replacement Shake Diet Fuel Ultralean Protein 2KG Weight Loss Powder + Shaker (Vanilla)

I bought this as a replacement for the well known slimming brand of protein drink in the white/red packaging. I was sure this would be better particularly with the awards that this product has won and the fact that the protein content was much higher. Of course this is a meal replacement product - NOT a diet product but even so - please be aware of the points below.1. The instructions which come with this are confusing: the figures stated on the side of the tub assume you will have a portion size of TWO scoops which are 54g. I assumed that each scoop would be 27g - but my electronic scales confirm that a LEVEL scoop weighs 30. Besides this : the measurements on the inside of the scoop go in increments of 10 suggesting the scoop holds just over 50 - but it doesn't say what these measurements are. Remember volume and weight are not the same!2. It is not clear from the advertising - you are supposed to mix this powder with water - not milk. So if you use the recommended 54g portion, then the calorific value of your meal replacement will be 400 calories. This is great if you are on a maintenance regime but approximately double what you are recommended to have on a diet.3. I have decided therefore to mix 32g of product (using two old scoops from diet product) with 250ml of skimmed milk and together this will make a diet shake containing approx 201 calories and 22g of protein. In this 2kg tub, I estimate each drink will cost 47p (excluding the milk). So good value for money.4. Taste - this is palatable but only if you put it in a blender with milk/ice-cubes. Compared to the other diet shakes, the chocolate taste is vague: pale brown and weak flavour. For me it also tastes too sweet.On balance - this probably does the job but I will be reverting to the other brand when this is done simply for taste purposes.Unless you are very careful with calculations, I would steer clear of this if you are only using it as a diet product.

I've been using USN Diet Fuel Ultralean for a few years now, on and off. I use it as a meal replacement for repair and recovery after training, and to lose a little weight. The shake itself is delicious, filling, nice and thick and mixes well with water or skimmed milk without an overly powdery taste. As I use a blender I like to add a portion of frozen fruit; a banana or morello cherries work particularly well with the chocolate, or strawberries, blueberries or peaches/nectarines to the strawberry flavour shakes. Losing weight isn't my primary reason for using USN Diet Fuel, but I've lost 5lbs in two months without feeling hungry. I can't recommend it enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been using this for around 6months on and off alongside consist exercise (20,000 steps + and regular cycling and workouts) and a calorie deficit and have lost 3 stone and put on muscle mass. Definitely recommend it for people trying to achieve a calorie defeit whilst still getting nutrition.

It keeps me full for 5hours .. Nice flavour not sickly . Better when you used a whisk it's like a proper milkshake
