It will turn up "Winnersun" after start bluetooth researching . The mobile and monopod will match automatically by pressing "Winnersun". Longly press the key for 3s to enter bluetooth pairing mode. Step 3 Rotate the mobile clip for 270 degrees and then hold the two sides of the monopod tostretch slowly step by step Step 4 Put the mobile to the clip and open the camera function on mobile to take picture by pressing the camera button on monopod NOTICE: User manual doesn't include. WAS fun until Bluetooth stopped working and then it BROKE!
It is fun to use. The only issue is I can not use it with certain apps on my phone to take the picture. The bluetooth thinks that it is a keyboard. Other than that it works fine. (4 star)UPDATE 8 mths later: Bluetooth stopped working with my phone. It would work with others but not mine, so I couldn't even use it! (1 star)UPDATE 1 yr 2 mths later: Bluetooth started working again when I got a new phone BUT the part that holds the phone snapped OFF! I tried glueing it but it will not hold. I had it 1 yr and used it on maybe 15 different occasions. It should not have broken that easily! Not very happy but there is nothing I can do at this point. (1 star)

I just got it today. How do you know ...
I just got it today. How do you know it is fully charged? I was trying to charge it and red light shows it's charging, BUT after few seconds, red light is disappearing. There's no even blue or green light, the sign of fully charged.

Unfortunately I didn't open the box until after the return window closed. As soon as I open the box a piece fell out of it but I can't put back in I believe it is how you charge the device there are no instructions so thank God this didn't cost a lot

Check your produsts
This product was delivered to in a timely fashion. However when I finally opened it the product malfunctioned (wouldn't turn on). Then when I tried to return it the site said it wasn't eligible for return.
