A disappointment
The bottle came in an envelope that provides little to no protection. So when I received the lotion the pump was broken and the bottle all dented and the lotion oozing out. But because I really needed the lotion to get rid of a dark spot for an upcoming occasion, I open the top and used it by knocking the bottle against the palm of my hand. However, I wish I had sent it back because I used the lotion and still didn’t see any changes in the removal of the dark spot. It was a waste of money

Stopped working??!!
The product obviously seemed to work at first, my skin use to be extremely damage and burnt, it’s lighten it up to a bearable okay color but now there’s still discoloration and NO MATTER WHAT, IT WILL NOT LIGHTEN MY SKIN ANYMORE, ESPECIALLY MY NECK
