This review may help if your a server or bartender
Its really hard as a server/bartender to find the perfect long sleeve black button down shirt. I think I had this shirt in my amazon cart for a really long time before finally deciding to buy. The fit was a little bigger than I thought. I read reviews saying this shirt runs smaller. I ordered an extra large just to ensure that the shirt would fit and once it arrived and i tried it on, I realized i could have gotten a large or even a medium. I wore the shirt the next day at work and almost died. The material just seems to hold in heat because I have never in my serving career, sweated as much as i did in this shirt. So keep those tips in mind when buying this shirt. So fellow servers, yes this is a great shirt, buy your normal size and wear it in the winter.

If it fits true to the advertisement and if it is easy to care and wear.
I loved the fit, especially the tapered bodice. The color is true to the item represented. My only disappointment was in the condition of the fabric after washing. Following the instructions, I washed the blouse, which emerged with more wrinkles than I anticipated. I steam ironed it and it is acceptable as such. The blouse, however, would be at its best if it were kept damp and ironed with a dry iron. I suspect that many women do not want to iron a blouse in an “old school fashion,” but it does look better with a damp ironing.

Better than expected
This is a very nice shirt. I ordered according to the measurements and the shirt fit perfectly. It did not shrink after washing, nor did the dye bleed onto my underwear.

Polkadot !! Love this shirt!!
I got this shirt initially for interviews but I think I will wear it on other occasions as well because it's formal with a hint of class to it. I like that it's 97 percent cotton and 3 percent spandex which gives it a bit of a stretch that makes the shirt more fitted, not tight though. The collar is truely unique in women's fashion, with a nice pattern- polkadot!!! (I love).... overall happy with r products and really it's good buy. Will try others.

Super cute blouse
The blouse looks just like the online photos. It fits true to size. Flowy and not super tight. The print is really cute with work pants or jeans. I can easily dress it up or down. The stitching is well made, love the subtle watercolor like floral print and it is super soft and comfortable to wear.

Happy with my Purchase.
I love this shirt. Its super comfy and looks professional. I washed and Dried it and it still looks really good. I did not shrink and the color didnt bleed. I am purchasing another one soon. ( Server )

Purchased these in multiple colors and a few duplicates of the black and blue. Need them while in a foreign country to be professional as needed. These are great, comfortable, fashionable, and wash easily, and the cotton fabric is what is needed for the heat.
