MORrydeSTP-4-26-33H Strut-Assist StepAbove RV Entry Step - 4 Step, 36.5-42.5" Height, 8" Rise, 26" Door Width

My box arrived from UPS all torn and damaged. The stairs themselves were not damaged but the hardware and instructions were not in the box.I called Specialty Truck and Auto and Catherine was phenomenal, she offered a full replacement but since the steps were not damaged I asked if I could get the parts, hardware and instructions I was missing instead, within 2 days she had contacted MORryde and they shipped me out everything I was missing. I installed the steps this past weekend and they are working just as advertised.Thank you Specialty Auto and MORryde!!

The StepAbove is a excellent replacement for the standard steps that come on travel trailers and fifth wheels. It's very sturdy and ease to set up with adjustable legs. With the struts, it's ease to fold down and lift up for storage. MORryde makes an excellent product but it's not well packed and protected in the box. Shippers take little pride in handling packages so it would seem better to use more effective packing. Some items were bent but could be straightened. MORryde was very helpful in replacing the damaged strut.

These steps are way to bulky the other brand is way better and they have a fast release. Not worth the price.

These steps are a bit cumbersome to deploy and store without the strut assist. However, with the strut assist feature, they are much easier to handle.
