All seasons - NO Fall of Sam Axe
I just got my discs today. Yes, some of them were loose in the case, but that has happened even with dvds I buy in a store. They were in decent shape considering the journey. No scratches on any discs. Like others reviews have said, all the discs except 1 have basic white art with the title, and 1 disc in season 2 is blue with Sam Axe on it. Not an issue for me. The back of the outer case art has a listing of all the episodes and special features. There are way more special features than I ever knew about so I'm excited to watch them. (I haven't tried playing a disc yet as they were just delivered.) The one downside is that it does NOT include The Fall of Sam Axe movie that aired between two of the seasons. For "complete series" I expected it, but will purchase it separately. The price was amazing as I've seen it at $165.00 so $45.00 is still well worth it with no Sam Axe movie.*update* I have played the discs. The discs have worked on my PS3 player and external computer DVD player. (I am in the USA)

Conflicted
First the easy part. The case was a pain because each side of the dividers would hold two seasons and to get to the last disk for second of the two season, you would have to remove 7 other disks. In so many words, you had to move a lot of disks around. At the same time, it was one of the sturdier multi-season holders, so I am willing to put up with with the disk swapping to make up for a decently made case otherwise.I didn't have the opportunity to see this program while it was actually on the air, but heard good things about it, so I bought the complete series. Overall I am glad I did The action sequences were well done. The acting was very good and the episodes kept your interest. I found the liked the supporting characters Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) and Fiona Glennane (Gabrielle Anwar) better than the main character, Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan). Though Donovan did a very good job, I got aggravated with the character role. For supposedly being such a top notch spy, he made so many stupid decisions. I know it was to keep the suspense up and milk the the plot, but I found it overall irritating. The "client" part of the episode was consistently pretty good. The final two seasons were very good. The final season was excellent and almost made sitting through the stupid decisions in previous seasons worthwhile.I would overall recommend the series if for no other reason than season seven. If the whole series had been of that caliber, I would give it a 5+ rating. If you enjoy action, you can't go wrong with this series.

This is the complete series.
What's not to like about getting all 110 episodes of one of your favorite shows for 35 bucks? All neatly categorized in one case.

Burn Notice Set

THE Most Under-Rated Show (Packaging was mids)
All the dvds worked great and came unharmed and all the UI’s for them are individually made, creating more dynamic experiences with each disc, different roll-in menu screens and pictures associated with each episode and season. In addition, the show is absolutely fantastic! HOWEVER, the packaging was fine and came in unharmed, BUT the discs themselves are effortless burns of blank dvds with burn notice etched on top of a plain grey matte disc. That’s my only complaint is that one of the discs actually was painted over with artwork of Sam. That being season 3 disc 2. Still worth the money in my opinion! Hard to get a full disc set WITH the artwork on each disc nowadays I’m sure as the show is much older at this point.

A fun filled, exciting series and one of the very best series ever.
One of my favorite shows of all time. It was a loss when the series was over as there still existed a desire for more. Wikipedia has a detailed write up, but essentially, this is the character story:Michael Weston, a former US Army Special Forces soldier and a current CIA contractor who has been burned (identified as an unreliable or dangerous agent) and now finds himself in his hometown of Miami, unable to leave. With his assets frozen, he is forced to live off his wits and any small investigative jobs he can find while he searches for answers about who has burned him and why.Fiona Glenanne: A former IRA operative, is Michael Westen's ex-girlfriend who re-enters Westen's life when he is dumped in Miami and she decides to stay, quickly making herself valuable to him. Aside from serving as his firearms and explosives expert, she provides support to him on his investigations and, at times, assists him in missions to find out who burned him. In the pilot episode, she speaks with an Irish accent. In the second episode, she changes to an American accent, along with a change in her style of dress, in an effort to distance herself from her past and blend in, showing her own ability to adapt. She is both a complement to Michael and his match in many ways, both intellectually and tacticall.Sam Axe, an aging, semiretired covert operative, he is a former Navy SEAL. With a low amount of cash-on-hand to his name, Sam spends most of his time sleeping with rich, older Miami women in exchange for food and shelter. Westen and he are old buddies; Sam is also Westen's last, tenuous contact in the official spy community. He presents himself as "the guy who knows a guy", and Michael frequently relies on Sam's seemingly inexhaustible list of contacts. Sam also uses the alias "Charles (or 'Chuck') Finley" frequently during jobs. The pilot reveals he is also an FBI informant, reporting on Westen under duress. Knowing this, Westen is able to pass false information to the FBI through Sam, who is glad to become his double agent. At some point in the past, Sam foiled Fiona's attempt to sell a large shipment of weapons to a Libyan arms dealer, costing her a good deal of money. As a result, Fiona initially is very hostile towards him, but the two eventually become very antagonistic friends. Sam occasionally asks her for advice concerning his relationships with women, and Michael has said that the two of them make a good team.Sharon Gless as Madeline Westen: Michael's mother, "Maddie", is a chain-smoking retiree. Although attempting to keep a sense of gravitas and self-importance, she is family-oriented and fully supports both of her sons in times of need, as well as helping Michael with his clients. In the midseason finale of the third season, she considers leaving Miami, but realizes her significance to his business. Until the events that start the series, she had only infrequent communication with Michael, noting in the pilot that Michael has missed his father's funeral "by eight years". During the first few seasons, Michael does not relish her company, but he gradually grows to appreciate her strength and love. Despite this, her appeals for help are Michael's one great weakness, and she has the ability to persuade him to do as she wishes.Weston's mother, "Maddie", (formerly staring in Cagney & Lacey) is a chain-smoking retiree who is family-oriented and supportive of both of her sons in times of need.and she has the ability to persuade Weston to do as she wishes

Great performances
This video series, Burn Notice is well done, with great performances by the actor. The series is from the same one that did White Collar series, so if you enjoyed that series, this one is just as well done. Love the narration from the main spy, actor Jeff Donovan, as Mike, and his sidekicks, Fiona and Sam.great entertainment for a reasonable price.

I Loved this Series!
I'm Very Selective in what I Choose to Purchase, whether it's a book series or a Tv Series!I know & even watched/ read the series beforehand! That alone though does not mean, I will go out and buy it!It has to meet specific criteria for me to go out of my way to buy it! Much more than just enjoying it or wanting it!I don't make purchases on a whim. So, when I do decide to purchase something like this, & take the time to leave any review or comments about it or the seller. Anyone that takes the time to read this then, trying to help them decide to buy it, please remember mine.Exactly what they describedExactly what they promisedExactly why I bought it from themI'm very satisfied!More than enough reasons!

If you like a razzle-dazzle detective series with great characters this is for you!
I really enjoy this series, I had seen bits and pieces on various channels and was always confused.Wonderful to get the through line on Season 3 and I am still enjoyably confused. For me this show is a nearly perfect balance between 'blow'em up' and semi-serious comedy. The closest show that I can compare it to is 'Magnum PI'.The Miami setting is integral and used joyously and a wonderful antidote to winter in northern climes. The casting is a joy, there seems to be great chemistry between the leads while the various scuzz-balls high and low are wonderfully rich and individual as characters.
