Didn't realize it was coming from China. It took awhile to get here, but feom where it was coming from that is expected. I should have paid more attention, that's on me. The thing that made me give it a one star review is, it only came with half a bar amd one foot stirrup. The picture shows a full bar and two foot stirrups. Highly disappointed.

I wish it would have come with some suggested ways to use, or not use. It was just wrapped in a plastic bag with no instructions at all. I used it attached to a door and did not realize that the attached end at the bar was not secure. It could have turned out badly if the piece that came off had hit me. As it was it flew across the room. I was able to easily put it back together but it was quite a surprise. As an update after reviewing the product again, it only came with one strap not two as is shown in the picture.

Did not get the whole portion of my purchase only half of it missing the other connection to the bar to make the set complete.

Flimsy center where it connectsYou can not twist the bar to shorten the straps for varied exercises. Very disappointing.It does work for stand up exercises only.

Ummm.. Can I give this -5 stars? I’m missing the other half of my item. Missing the other purple bar where it’s supposed to snap in.. I was extremely excited and waited very patiently for this to come in the mail. I’m very disappointed and hoping the can either send me the other half or return my money. This was a huge let down.

Well, I would like to give a good review and results from using this product. However, I only received half of it. One strap, no extension bar. Requested return/replacement. Will update my review if the second go round is better.

I am requesting a refund. It only came with one of the two bars that go together and only one rubber tube! And it took a month to arrive!

After reading the other reviews I should consider myself lucky, I got a complete product that's useable. It didn't come with a book but for the price I wasn't expecting one. I found plenty of info on youtube.
