Take note of their size chart, Style A is different than Style B. LOVE these ankle boots
Edit to update: still holding up well, but I do feel some moisture seeping through between sole and soft material on extra soggy days (when walking in wet grass, standing in wet grass). I may do a bead of silicone. Not changing my rating as these perform within norm of "waterproof".-----------------In short: Seems true to size. Generous width for my wide feet. Comfy cozy feel. Waterproof. Will be good for upcoming western NY winter. I have these in the color blue- the shorter ankle style ("Style B")--I have other boots for deeper snow, but I love this style for everyday wear. Can slip in a chemical foot warmer on extra freezing days. Could benefit from an insert for added cushioning/support. Could wear as slippers. I have high arches and find them to be easy on, easy off. Has a slight elastic portion that helps to get on/off with ease. Back tab to help grip. Durable feeling sole, stitching looks good on upper material. Fleecy inside. I intend to buy 1-2 more pairs (love the colors).NOTE: while I chose my size based on what I normally wear, I noticed that the size chart they included could be confusing. Also, some reviews mentioned this. The US to CN chart (US to China, NOT European) varies between the two styles- Style A (tall) and Style B (short). I have Style B and went with my normal size. Appears that I would go with size smaller if ordering the taller style (style A).Read on for more ramblings (relevant) in case my situation is at all similar to yours:I have wide feet with high arches, hereditary bunions on both feet, both sides. Not as extreme as some have it, but enough to need wide width shoes. These emerged when I was a toddler, and it was a challenge to buy shoes through those formative years. When I was little older, I contemplated surgery. A consult said, 'you can make the shoe fit the foot or the foot fit the shoe'. I think he was being a tad/sexist, but it did deter me from going through with it (not a fan of idea of surgery). So I wore ugly shoes ever since. Very rare to find cute wide shoes back in the pre-internet days.Still, it can be tricky to find shoes marketed as wide width. I found a work around. I buy a pair of shoes half size to full size larger. This seems to add just a little extra width right in the spot I need it, yet doesnt add so much length that it looks or feels off (did you know that each size is only about a quarter inch difference? not much!). My usual size is around a 10. I go with 10.5 if I can get a legit wide width. No wide width? Then I go with 11 women's (or men's 9). The added length also allows better toe spread and more wiggle room for fast walking- the toes are less likely to shift forward enough to hit the tips of my toes.OK so how are these boots? I bought this in size 11.5 because for whatever reason at the time of purchase they were reduced significantly. I hemmed and hawed, and decided to go for it. I figure if they were too big and sloshy, then they would be fine for taking the dogs out (quick on and off), or for use with extra thick socks. These are not too big. A little big, but not so much that I cant wear them. If I order another, I may go with 11, but the 11.5 isnt too shabby. When I buy boots meant for use in winter, I keep in mind that extra thick socks are going to eat up some of the room. But if I only ever wore thin socks or bare feet then regular sized is best. I wore these with no socks around the house for most of the day, and they fit well enough. They will also be fine with thicker socks. Overall I would say go with your usual size. I dont know how they would be for extra narrow feet. Maybe plan to wear thick socks?I like the look and feel. I like how they are easy to get on and off. When one has high arches, it can be a nightmare to try to get on deep slip on shoes. I can get these on without effort. No snow yet, but we are having a lot of rain, I have walked around my grassy back yard while raining with these on and kept dry feet.

Great footwear for walking in shallow snow.
This is the second pair of this style of shoe I have purchased. These are not the same manufacturer as the first, but comparing the shoes side by side they are basically the same shoe right down to the tread pattern on the sole. I have wide feet and these are soft enough to fit. I do really like them.I agree with the others about these being as comfortable as slippers. They are and that is also a downside. They don’t have any real support in te arch. That could be a problem for some people. It is not for me. I wear them in the winter to get the mail from the mailbox and walk the dog. So, I’m not hiking on uneven surfaces. It’s mostly paved or well wore paths. They do a good job on ice and in slushy areas. They are nice and warm and dry.The insole insert looks like a type of wool and mine were removable. I took the insoles from the last pair and use those on top of the set the new pair came with. That snugged up the fit nicely.

comfy but too big
I bought these because they were recommended by folks who’d worn them in Alaska during their rainy season. The price was great and they are comfy and semi-cute. I wear a size 9 and after reading others’ reviews, I ordered the same in these boots. WRONG! The boots look huge on my feet. My size 9 has a 41.5 marked on the bottom of them. I’m used to a 9 being a 40. I’m not returning them because it’s not worth it. I’ll use them in our Iowa winters and wear heavy socks, so while they’re not what I thought I wanted, but not a total loss.

Sizing conversion incorrect
I normally wear US size 8. The seller recommended sizing up if you have a high arch, so I ordered size 8.5. They sent me size 41. I assume that's an EU size, but I know I wear EU 40. The shoes received are too long and too wide. I inserted foam insoles and wear them with heavy socks, so they are fine for running out to the mailbox. If they fit properly, I'd wear them more and would probably really like them. They are warm and I've worn them in snow. I have not walked through water, so I don't know how waterproof they are. There is no arch support. If there was a way to request size 40 when ordering, I might order another pair.

Am I Wearing Slippers?
These are so comfy right out of the box. I really feel like I am wearing slippers, with a decent sole on the bottom. There isn't a lot of support inside, but I'm not walking marathons with them. They are boots and they keep the cold and moisture out during the winter. They are so cozy and warm. It's a plus that I can also slip in to them (with a bit of a wiggle) and not have to bend down or pull them on. My mother in law saw them and immediately bought a pair also.

Order larger than you usually require.
I ordered my usual size but these boots are too small.
