I am glad to have used asurion. I have a f ton of products with an insurion protection plan. Also I'm one of those people prone to breaking a lot of stuff, our stuff breaks around me, asurion is a lifesaver.

I returned the drill that this insurance applied. The insurance is now unavailable and this charge should be refunded since the returned drill was returned and refunded

My Betopper Light stopped working. Good thing we bought the Asurion protection plan. Their website wasn't helpful. Had to call Asurion and talk to someone on the phone to get the matter resolved. But once we got someone on the phone, they quickly honored the protection plan and provided a full credit Amazon gift reimbursement.

A direct contact for claims was not made clear upon purchase and so when it was time to make a claim, I made multiple calls to Amazon and the manufacturer. Eventually I got a direct number for Asurion and then it was smooth sailing from there on.I return the product and got back my money in full the moment I did the return

With my recent purchase from Amazon, I bought a 3-year warranty. The email I got from the warranty place had nothing to do with the product warranty. Fount the phone number and called them directly and they acted promptly to resend the information for the product involved.
