They're way small. Not real grippy. Idk what they are for exactly. Not to use in hair for styling. They work. Just idk what their purpose is. Kinda flimsy. Maybe to do pin curls.. not sure. Not for fashion though.

Sharp! Not for little kids
I was hoping to convert some headbands to bows. When I received these, the edges of the bottom (not the alligator part) is very sharp. I would not recommend these for kids.
