I really like this product, but need to get some refills. How do I go about this.

First of all, I had an issue with the pens leaking upon arrival like a couple of other reviews had mentioned. It happens. During registration, I was contacted by a real person who wanted to resolve my issue, no questions asked.I've been using the kit for a few days now. I have used other kits before, and had relatively good results. The difference is in this kit, you don't need to use trays. The brush pens work really well getting the gel between the base areas of the teeth where it seems harder to lighten. There is less product to use as it doesn't have to squish all over, and less time per sitting.There is little to no irritation. I was able to use this kit 2x/day for the past 3 days and I am really seeing a difference. After the second application, my lips may have been a little dry, as if I've sucked on a lemon or something, but it goes away within an hour. Gums and teeth don't ache or become sensitive like other gels I have used. The light is a better design than others as well - being powered separately. With others I have had, it is a battery, and while not heavy, having something hanging out of the front of your mouth vs a wire- it really is more comfortable, and a brighter light (I can only imagine that helps with the results).I am using this while also doing Invisalign. I have cemented nibs on my teeth for the trays that stain super easily and dark. This kit has definitely won me over. I could do this every day.

I wish I could write a review on how well this whitens my daughters teeth, but she does not stick with it every night. I purchased after reading other reviews stating it works. Its easy to use and clean. The gel pins however are not easy to tell if any gel is getting on the teeth, its a very light flow from the brush tip and it doesnt sqeeze to get more out. When in use, the charging/mouth piece only worked when plug into her iphone and not my android, even with the adapter piece. Overall I gave it 4 stars because I want to be able to write another one when she uses it more often and for the seven days in a row it says to use it for to see results.

I bought this in March 2021. Just cracked it open in Nov 2023. It works. The photo is after only 3 treatments! Lightened 2 levels. My teeth are a little sensitive so I know it's working, ugh!

I ordered this for my fiancé for Christmas, she went to use it and all of the whitening bushes had opened. We ordered a replacement that arrived quickly however, once again all the whitening brushes had opened again. She was excited to use this product but unfortunately, they keep showing up broken.

I've tried many different whitening products over the years, some over the counter and some from the dentist, and none have been able to give me the results I was looking for. I've seen more results in the 10 days I've been using this system, than I have in all of the other treatments put together. This is the first time I've used an LED light whitening kit. I think the combination of that with the gel is what makes the difference. It's super easy to use. Just brush a little bit of the whitening gel on your teeth, put the mouthguard in and plug it into your phone. It's that simple! The silicone mouthpiece is very comfortable to wear. I've got sensitive gums, so it's great that I haven't encountered any sensitivity issues with the carbamide peroxide. I'm thrilled with this product and the results I've achieved! I've always hated that my teeth were a bit stained and this has made me much more confident with my smile.
