The design is effective and adds comfort to the area where I have back pain. However, there is a significant short coming in it's making. After only 3 weeks of wearing it, the joints where straps connect to body are coming apart. At this rate, I don't expect it to be usable soon as the straps that go under the shoulders will soon completely separate.25 September 2019 Update:Upon seller knowing of the problem I posted, the seller contacted me intending to satisfy my purchase. The seller informed me that revisions where made to the product that overall improved it. To my surprise the seller asked me if I would accept the new version free of charge. Unfortunately, I made an error in the size, requesting the new version be a large. In short, when I received the revised better quality product, I found it to be too small and that I should have ordered an Extra Large. I thoroughly examined the product though and clearly saw improvements that aside from better sewing, included pads to fit under the arms where the previous product's straps gave pain to me.Upon notifying the seller, the seller understood my mistake in requesting the Large size instead of the Extra Large size, went ahead and sent me the Extra Large size.I received that product a few days ago and can happily say that it is well worth the price. It fits very well and the cushion-type pads that come with it now fully eliminate any pain from the straps that run down the sides of the torso. The straps are easily adjustable and make the fit perfect. After wearing this now for a few days, the results are most comfortable and the pain in my lower back is in fact very relieved.I could not be any more satisfied with both the product and the lengths the seller went to make sure that I was totally satisfied with their product. As it is with all products, companies always do best when good, attentive, and understanding customer service is there and in the case of SOMAZ; it is there.I recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their posture and relieve pain in the lower back.My sincere thanks go to SOMAZ customer service that worked so hard to help satisfy my purchase.

I don't even think a size up would be this tiny, this is made for men 4'8 to 5'3 from Asia. Please order XL and if you're XL you won't fit in this tiny tool. Find another one. Also the packaging look like I had bought it from the 2nd hand market and they handed me a greasy paper bag.

Construction seems well made. A little painful under the armpits as there isn't much padding. I've only had it for a few days, so not sure if it is working or not. I'll give it a month and see. I'm only 5'7'' at 168 lbs so I ordered a medium. It seems tight, but according to their instructions that was the one I should wear. Overall it does seem to pull my slouching shoulders back, but it may be at the price of my armpits. Only giving it 3 stars as I'm not sure yet if it will do any good.

The posture corrector was very easy to put on and comfortable. It supported and helped with my posture. The only difficulty experienced was getting out of it without having to loosen the straps. It’s hard to reach the point of adjusting/loosening the straps to get my arms out. The material is good quality and durable. I would be interested in trial the improved version also

I do long hours of office work in front of a computer screen. At home, I also enjoy reading the news or streaming TV shows on my tablet or laptop. The long hours in front of the screen has made my slouch more noticeable and, worse, it started causing neck and back pains. For a while, these pains have made it very difficult to work in front of a screen (for a reasonable amount of time) or even enjoy watching my favorite episodes before going to sleep (the back pain has even started to disrupt my sleep). Finally, I decided to do something about it and started searching for back support devices.This device works as advertised! When I wear it, I immediately feel less strain on my back. Within a few weeks of consistent usage, my family noticed improvements in posture. I was also finding it easier to sustain working with much less back ache. The quality of my sleep has returned to where it was before the back pains started.It’s a small price to pay to get posture and back relief. The product is comfortable to wear and seems to be of good quality. Totally worth the investment. I got one for my wife and would recommend it to co-workers.I don’t expect any device will be a long-term substitute for good exercise and workout routines for improving your back, but this device is a good starting point for back relief.

I bought the large, and while it does fit correctly the front buckles on the shoulder straps dig painfully into my shoulders (along the front) after a few minutes. Quite frankly, I think I get better back support from one of my Victorian corsets, but for the fact that I wanted to keep my shoulders aligned further back. I don't think the neoprene fabric is thick enough to provide the appropriate postural support even if the straps were not so dang uncomfortable. This was a fail for me, again, no such thing as 'unisex' when it comes to the designs for medical devices. Men and women are built differently, and unless your are a tall woman with a long torso, I would not recommend it.

This is too earm for the country i am from. It does not add additional support for the back with the extra waist band.
