Like many other people I have been hooked on the keto diet but I find most sweeteners have an awful aftertaste. This sweetener is the only one I can tolerate. It does make your mouth a little cool if you eat it from the jar, but there is no aftertaste. It has a texture and appearance very much like sugar. I have found the more icing sugar similar textured version of Xylitol blends better in baking mixes and when sprinkled over food directly to add a little sweetness. I used to bend it up in the blender, and now I can just spoon it out directly of the packet which is also very useful once empty for other storage.Good product and would love to see cheaper, but a reasonable market price when compared to the other versions available.

Sweetner that's good for you. This is a powder that is excellent for baking & for making healthy chocolate. Can be a little clumpy, but that's because there's no unhealthy anti clumping agents.

No calories and better for you than cane sugar

I wanted to make a sugarless birthday cake for my Mum and this came up in google search through amazon. I've made fruit scones,. cup cakes and have made vanilla buttercream and the taste is amazing, better than sugar! Will definitely be buying this product again!My only reservation is that it's a bit expensive at £9.99 per kilo. So need to drop the price a bit.

Very expensive related to normal sugar, but perfect to make some home made cakes with out concern with diabetic sugar control

I've just made the most amazing brownies using Puresweet powdered xylitol, non of the grittiness you get with granulated xylitol. An amazing product, very versatile.

Me encanta porque sustituye perfectamente al azúcar en frío y en caliente, los postres horneados suben algo que con azúcar pero quedan igual de esponjosos. Lado negativo: sale muuuuy caro. Porque el porcentaje es 1:1

Sabe genial, pero hay que tener cuidado de no comer demasiado, porque te pasarás el día entero en el baño
