UrgentRx Headache Relief to Go Powder, 10 Count

This item gets a low rating for the two reasons most other people have noted.#1. The expiration date on my package is 03/17, so this stuff expires in 3 months (even though it is my understanding that expiration dates are really really conservative in order to get people to buy more product, so its probably good until 03/18.).#2. But WORSE is the packaging. I bought this product for emergency aspirin in case of a heart attack.However, I would surely die if I had to rely on getting this aspirin into my system because trying to rip open the corner of the package took my three minutes of biting, and even then I didn't get it completely upon. So, if you are buying this for emergency aspirin, you better also buy a pair of scissors. And who is going to always have emergency scissors handy? Nobody, that's who!I would return it, but it cost to ship it back makes it not worth doing so.

It does exactly what it says. Easy to toss it in a pocket or bag and have it available whenever your head is pounding. While you don't need a drink in any way, sometimes a quick gulp of water helps wash the taste out if your mouth if you still taste it after several minutes (which may on a situation basis since many times I was fine without). Would be perfect for being out in nature, at a theme park or even just car trip.Please note: the packets are not always easy to tear as it should be, it may require some extra work or scissors, but just like the taste staying in your mouth, was inconsistent. Not in any way a need to give it a lower rating and no reason to detract buying them. I will be getting another box when this one is almost empty.

This product is very hard to find in brick and mortar stores... I had bariatric surgery in 2013, and for that reason I can only take acetamenaphen... no aspirin, no nsaids. The acetamenaphen + caffeine combo, and the fact that it can be taken without water, makes for a really quick end to my headaches. I have been plagued with headaches all my life, so finding something that works as fast as Excedrin with half the dose and no aspirin is a godsend.

The main reason I bought this was for the packaging, thinking it would be fast acting and no water needed. That's all great accept the individual packages are a real pain to open. There is nothing fast about it unless you have scissors handy; and how many people carry scissors with them on the go? It says to fold and tear on the wrapper but it's not easily done. I thought maybe it was just me but I gave a pack to a friend with a headache and I watched him struggle for almost two minutes to get it open without scissors. Good product and it tastes ok but bad wrapper.

As someone with chronic headaches, I saw these and hoped they'd be useful. Turns out they really weren't any more effective than Tylenol or anything; excedrin still worked better. And the taste was nasty- you CAN take it without water, but unless you want a chemical-y citrus aftertaste you're gonna want something to wash it down. I'm down to just taking these for super mild headaches, and even that barely works. I haven't noticed relief any faster than any other painkillers, frankly. Good concept, but It doesn't work as well as advertised for me.

When I am in long meetings at night, I can use this headache cure right from the Presidential seat. It works like a charm, and my headaches don't escalate into migraines.

I get horrible migraines and no medication is able to knock it down to just a headache. Within minutes of taking a packet of this, my migraines are almost completely gone. Great taste (with water).

headache was gone very quickly after taking it. so convenient to carry this and other urgent rx with me where ever I go. you never know when you or your kids will have an ailment
