Good product, and is working well for me. Jalapenos come in many different sizes, so obviously there can end up being an issue of them being too large or small for the holes. You have to sort of get the size of the holes in your head before you head to the grocery store, or measure the pods when you're there. I think they picked a good size, kind of a "medium-large" jalapeno hole. You do have to use skewers or toothpicks to get the small ones to not fall through, and obviously, enormous jalapenos will not fit. For the money, this is a nice quality product.

I gave this 5 stars for sturdiness and easy to clean, but, the holes are a little too big. You definitely have to have just the right size pepper. If you buy them at the grocery store you better bring the holder with you and try each pepper you buy to make sure the fit. The first time I used it many of the peppers kept falling through the holes

I make tiny, red, yellow and orange sweet peppers stuff with herb infused goat cheese and bake them in the oven. I thought it would be cool to be able to stand them up while baking so the filling wouldn't melt out. The problem is the closely spaced one-inch holes. For most of the peppers, there wasn't enough space to stand them up and they toppled into one another and fell over like bowling pins. The smaller peppers fell through and were'nt tall enough to reach the circle to be held up. Maybe they work better with jalepenos, but as they vary in size, too, I would doubt it. I'll try again, but this product is just a bubble off for me.

This works really well. You don't really have to pay much attention tot he size of your peppers as they will fit either further down in the hole or further up. This worked really well for some stuffed peppers that we did this summer. I enjoyed using the product.

Bought this to take camping; had good reviews so figured it would be awesome. Too bad I didn't actually READ the good reviews. The holes in this thing are huge -- definitely not properly sized to hold jalapenos. We prepared 26 and 2 fit -- one of those two fell out as it naturally shriveled during cooking. 1/25 are pretty terrible odds!!I see now that most 5-star reviewers noted the large hole size but they just corrected the issue by using toothpicks. Ingenious fix but why does a product deserve 5 stars if it doesn't serve its intended purpose without supplement??! We were camping and didn't have the luxury of reaching into our pantry for toothpicks. We even tried stuffed banana peppers but those didn't work either because the grill was too squat for a longer pepper; the ends wound up resting on the grill grate. In my opinion, that makes this product useless. I will return it and buy a different brand with holes that are reasonably sized to hold an average jalapeno.

This thing is awesome! Nice size holes that aren't too small like other offerings. Great jalapeno corer included. I use this often although I have to say that I couple it with the large grill pan from a 3-set that I got from the big red dot retailer place [Google this : Char-Broil 3 pc Grill Management Mini Set ] and it works/fits perfect (the large rectangle) to catch any slippers while still letting smoke and heat through. Would absolutely buy agian! Great product.I am planning on trying chicken legs as another reviewer suggested. Great idea!

In theory this would be nice, that is if every chili you have is super sized. But if you have a garden like me where jalepenos come in all shapes and sizes, then don't buy this! Buy one with smaller holes. If you get your peppers from the GMP store and they are all large, this will be perfect for you. I liked the handles.

This product is very well made of heavy duty stainless steel. The pepper corer works great; better than expected.I have used it in the oven but not on the grill as yet. However, I'm positive it will function on the grill perfectly.I had expected to pay more for this item in a retail store and was very pleased to find it at this price.It arrived within few days of ordering in a sturdy shipping box.I am completely satisfied with the product and the service.
