Users report that issues in specific areas benefit more quickly from local and direct input. The exchange from the earth goes directly to the issue area, rather than being used up by other issues en route to the focal area. Bands are available for ankles, legs, arms, wrist, elbow, stomach/torso, forehead etc.: basically anywhere that they can fit. Patches can be placed anywhere and may be more convenient for more flexible areas such as knees and elbow. Bands are useful for broad areas such as eczema, psoriasis, asthma etc. (we are not saying they are a cure but they do seem to help with inflammation) as well as localised pain. Ankle/wrist bands have a convenience aspect- they can just be slipped off. That makes them convenient for hand or RSI issues. They may be better than a mat where the soles of the feet are very tough or for elderly where the skin is thin and removing patches may harm the skin. Patches are disposable items. You can peel off and place back on the foil 2-4 times, or leave in place (after checking that it is not irritating). They are better than bands for areas like the elbow, neck, forehead, mouth area, a bruise, a small area of muscle tightness, adjacent to a boil. Often with a local pain shows in the weakest area, especially where inflammation is involved. The inflammation, especially in cases like arthritis, is often systemic but may not be felt in other areas. Using a mat and sheet for this background is recommended accompaniment

A good health product
This product arrived on time and was well packaged. It is ideal in shape and size and I am sure that it would be comfortable to use as a stimulation tool. I have not been able to use them as I didn't realize hat I needed to order the plug with which to use them.

Okay product, slow dispatch time
Okay product. New to earthing so not sure if it's helping with the arthritis yet. Long dispatch time considering its a uk based company.

Earthing
I can only write this review based upon my own experience with the product. I am familiar with the use of earthing products such as, the bed sheet, mat, and arm bands. The bed sheet and mat I use night and day without fail. The sheet has without doubt improved my sleeping pattern and I have noticed a rise in my energy levels. I have suffered with congestion caused by an operation in the past and since sleeping 'earthed' I have noticed a definite improvement in that area.During the day, at the first chance I get I use the mat. If I spend time on the computer my bare feet are placed always on the mat. In the evening, just relaxing, once again I use the mat. Between the use of the mat and the sheet I can honestly admit to having the feel-good-factor. The bands and patches I have as yet no cause to use but maybe one day...As I said, I can only speak as I find. Lots of things in life can be attributed to attitude and state of mind and this product could fall in that category. If a GP tells you that a certain pill will cure your headache and you have faith in your GP and take the pill, your headache will be cured. The power of thought and suggestion is tremendous. My own personal beliefs are deeply spiritual and do encompass a great respect for nature and 'Mother Earth.' Earthing works for me and if we had decent weather I certainly would be walking barefoot where possible. Yes, I rate this product 5 stars.
