I do not often write a review, but felt compelled to do so this time. Unfortunately, you have to provide a rating to continue with a review. We purchased 2 x single mattresses (£43.00 each plus postage and packing) for temporary use on the floor. The picture on the Amazon website showed them as plump, full and adequate for temporary floor use. They were nothing like the picture when they arrived. (I'm not sure if the picture I have taken shows the difference between the two effectively?). They were more like lightweight duvets. We tried to return them immediately, but there was no return label. Amazon emailed the sellers who suggested we take them to the post office to post back to China. The Post Office quoted the cost of return to China to be £80.00 which we felt we should not be paying. After complaining through the Amazon chat service they emailed the sellers who then suggested a £20 reduction explaining that various factors could have made the product look different from the picture. The sellers also informed us that if we sent the items back and they were lost in transit then we would lose our money as well as the items. We still did not want them and continued to pursue a return and refund through Amazon chat. The sellers then offered us £50 off, reiterating the lost in transit theme. We were not looking to get money off the mattresses, we were simply dissatisfied with the quality of the product and wanted to return the items and get our money back. After a lengthy process involving Amazon chat (who reassured us that we would get our money back) the sellers told us to keep the goods and gave us a full refund. We felt bad about this, but were not given the opportunity to return the goods to the sellers. Due to the difficulties encountered I will look nearer to home to purchase in future and send a message to prospective sellers, prior to purchase, to ask about their process of return and refund should I not be satisfied with the goods.

It has nothing to do with the descriptions or photos. It’s more like a poor quality duvet than a mattress. Do not buy it!

I feel like I’ve been robbed. Completely different to what I’d expected!! Should not be more then £10.

This is not even a matress. Pictures are fake. After 4 days still looks like a duvet. Don't buy this product. Extremelly disapponted for losing money
