I discovered this product on a sale shelf at Target. I bought it...didn’t use it for three weeks until my next wax appointment. I applied before my wax and after and noticed a difference in redness and pain/swelling. I wasn’t red at all, my skin felt calm and didn’t swell as much. I used the little swabs before and after my workouts, my waxes and bike riding and had no issues! Great product! I also use there face wash!

This product really works! For 2 years, I have had TERRIBLE ingrown hairs all over my calves. Between the red bumps of the ingrown hairs and the scabs from the ones that broke through, my legs just looked awful, all the time. They were also very painful to the touch. No product or type of exfoliation made the slightest difference, until I tried these wonderful pads from Bliss.During my morning shower, I use the Bliss Sugar Scrub, then the ingrown pads once my legs are dry. Right before bedtime, I use the pads again, but with no exfoliation. Within 48 hours of first use, I thought I noticed an improvement: fewer bumps, more released hairs, faster healing scabs, less pain. At the end of 2 weeks, I was sure things were looking better. Now, at 5 weeks, my left calf, which was the better of the two, is nearly clear. The right calf is dramatically better, and I'm optimistic that in 4 weeks, I'll be able to wear shorts on July 4 for the first time in 2 years. In addition to the improved appearance, the pain is completely gone.I know ingrown hairs are not the worst problem in the world, but THANK YOU BLISS FOR THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT!

I purchased this product for the ingredients. I have some scarring and sun damage on my chest and needed a good chemical exfoliant that was easy to use. This definitely helped a lot. It wasn't overly drying but does require some lotion or something overtop (I was using it every day, as opposed to only after shaving). It made really good progress, but did not restore my skin completely. I will repurchase this item and continue to use it, but with long term damage, I will need to find something to supplement a little.I did try this on my bikini line as well after shaving and my red bumps were reduced to about 10% of what they normally are. Again, it worked really well, just needs a little something more for 100% clear skin.

As a South Asian, I have super dark thick hair. My bikini line has been destroyed by shaving. After laser treatments I stopped shaving and only stick to waxing now because I get really bad ingrown bumps that turn into cysts. These pads have helped to lighten the scars from past bumps (some had become cysts) I should be using them everyday in between waxes but I don't. They are quite pricey. I usually put it on under my arm pits too to stop ingrowns. I always have these on hand...can't live without them!

I wanted to believe this product would work. I've been using it religiously for 6+ months and I think the habit of using it made me feel like it was effective. I get waxed once a month, never shave, always exfoliate, and I always get irritating, painful red bumps. Even when using this product exactly as directed. This product makes me feel clean, but does not prevent ingrown hairs or bumps. I finally give up on it.

Complete waste of $30. The seller of this product conveniently omits a major limitation on using it. Bliss says, both on the box and on the jar itself, that you should use these pads immediately after showering but NOT within 12 hours of shaving. (Or within 24 hours of waxing.) They will sting and irritate your skin. So if you shave in the shower, or shower and then shave, apparently you just can't use them. I wouldn't have purchased them if I had realized this as I generally shave almost every time I shower, but once they were here, I figured I'd give them a shot and maybe using them a couple of times a week would make a difference.I followed the directions, but found the product incredibly irritating to my skin anyway. Within a couple minutes of using these pads, I had to jump back in the shower to wash this junk off my skin because it itched like crazy. My skin is still all irritated half an hour later. If you have sensitive skin, this is not the product for you.Also, the jar arrived shrink wrapped, but was nonetheless leaking. Gross!

This is an amazing product! If I would have gotten his months ago with my 1st wax I would have saved myself a ton of ugly marks. I haven't had an ingrown since i started. I use a sugar scrub several times a week and the pads nightly. I took the advice of someone else and cut the pads in half this works great!!

I was pretty skeptical about these pads when I ordered them. I have the worst problem w/ ingrowns on my bikini area. No matter what I did, I always had them. But within a few days of using these pads, I've had no more ingrowns! Yay!!!! I have no idea how they work but I recommend them to anyone w/ a neverending problem w/ ingrowns.Just a word of advice, cut them in half to make them last longer because they are a bit expensive. Totally worth it in my opinion though.

Started using these after shaving as was suffering with ingrown hairs - they have definitely helped. Still in early stages but it has been better than it was so far!
