Extra wide mat with useful alignment lines, which helps for hand and feet placement. Great for a beginner like me! Comfy with good grip and a good thickness. Really good length too. Stupidly made the mistake of wearing leggings with zips which caused indents on the mat surface, but the marks haven’t got any worse after changing gym wear, so mat seems durable. Comes with useful carrying strap.

This mat is good quality. It provides a good comfort level relative to its thickness. The carry strap is handy both to keep it rolled up and ready to travel.It grips the floor relatively well, but the top surface does not offer the best grip say for when performing downward dog. It can also become quite slippery if you sweat on the mat since it does not absorb that well and even towelling it down alone does not dry it out effectively.Overall a decent product, but some of the issues could be improved upon.

I have found this mat to be a fantastic mat for the price.I have a manduka pro yoga mat which is the best mat i have ever had, but i wanted something where i could do more HITT and strength training workouts with shoes on without worrying about scuffing my other mat.This mat is very lightweight and portable, comes with the carry strap and very easy to roll out. When rolled out it doesnt lift at the edges (i left it out for a bit when i first used it). I have found the mat gives my joints enough support without the mat being too squishy, although worth noticing i am using this on carpet.I have not found myself slipping on the mat at all, i have tried a yoga routines for camparison and i can hold moves without my hand/feet slipping. I have noticed the position of the mat moving slightly during the course of the workout, but again i am using on carpet so could be a factor, not too big of an issue, its only by a few cm.Once this one wares out i would not hestitate about buying a new one to replace. I am impressed!

This yoga Matt is perfect for my needs. The size is great. The colors great and the thickness is perfect. My husband seen it and asked me to get one for him too.

Beautiful colour and good choice of colours. Does not slip and has just about enough cushioning. Easy to carry around. Helped protect our floorboards and our joints. My only remark would be that ideally, this mat would be about 5-10 cm wider. I’m not a large person but I think having a little more room on the mat, either side, would be a benefit.

I really researched before I purchased. A fantastic non slip mat. Thickness perfect, much kinder to the knees. Longer and wider than previous mats I've had.Only used twice so far.No awful smell as some mats can have . Definately recommend .I never usually leave reviews but hope this will save others time searching through all the options available !
