Very pleased with the purchase. I like the functionality, look & design, reasons why:• Discrete design, with well laid out controls on a compact and streamline unit.• Thin design, avoids stress on the toilet seat & doesn't sit at an angle.• Adjustable water pressure control, gives you the choice of how fast water to comes out.• Self-clean functionality, with a nozzle cover that swings open for a deeper clean.It does have a small manufactured hole, this is to avoid build-up of mould to prevent odour for ventilation. I put some electrical tape over, but will monitor that over time.Tips:• Fix water hose to unit first, before attaching it to the toilet. This will prevent cross-threading of male thread.• Put PTFE tape on the threads of the unit and fixings. This will ensure there no leaks coming from the joints.• Allow the water hose plenty of space, avoiding any kinks which could cause stress on the unit and fixings.

I’m actually really annoyed!! All the reviews said easy to install but there instructions were vague and I couldn’t find the same model on YouTube and have to find extra parts.. I then also had to get a plumber out because the cheap pipe damaged something inside the tank when I was tightening it because it leaks like mad!! Which then meant I’ve had to pay £80 for the plumber because and then another £20 for the part I need to replace now and then I’m probably going to have to have plumber out again to fit the part!I’m very annoyed, we have unwell people living here that NEED this that should be isolated right now.. but nope we’ve had to get plumbers in! Thankyou very much! Do not waste money!

Love this, likely saved the money on loo role already. Every home should have one. Really like the button operation. Press once to turn on, press off to turn off, perfect. If I was picky, I'd say the nozzle cover is bit flimsy. But very well designed on every other feature.

As others mentioned, while it works, it works well but due to a defect with it, it will eventually leak. Mine lasted about 2 and a half months. Thinking maybe i could fix it, I've opened the device, traced the leak to the big metal distributor in the center(where the buttons are) unfortunately, that thing is not home serviceable.If you've already bought it, consider reducing the water pressure to the device either externally or by it's own valve. It might last a bit longer that way.PS:Everyone mentions the small hole at the bottom of the plastic plate, that is intentional to prevent vapor collecting in device and causing mold etc. However the leak isn't intentional.

Arrived quickly, was fairly easy to install, however the design is just bizarre. As another review mentions, there is an unexplainable hole on the underside that leaks heavily. As such will have to take it down and get rid of it as it is unusable unless you want to have a bucket sitting underneath.

This product is easy and simple to install. Just turn off the water supply, and connect the bidet in place. It is very powerful on the highest setting and is exactly what is expected from this item.

This has got to be the best value kit, I have found on the internet. Easy to instal and looks very stylish. I bought 2. And with no electrics!!! 2 easy to use functions, adjustable power jet control and a self clean option. Great value for money. A really good buy.
