They don't glow in the dark. So your looking for it in the console to put cig out.

Not much glow
I was counting on the lighting of the cup to find it as my car is very dark at night. But within a minute the day glow effect is gone and I'm flicking ashes everywhere but in the cup. I would pay more for a battery operated one.

Very sturdy, doesn't really "glow"
Very sturdy, doesn't really "glow", however you can SEE it in the dark and that was what I was looking for, it is better than the black-on-black that I had before.
