I do like the battery life at last at least 3 days and I'm always on my phone the only thing that I do not really care for his butt facial recognition it sucks

The only good thing about this phone is the battery life that it the rest is crap the finger print reader is junk the camera is crap. And there's something in the software spyware ;-) that is always changing my settings always no matter what I do it turns off my antivirus it turns off everything I'll wake up and it's gone I have my antivirus set as the administrator of my phone. and it still turns off. it's been doing this to me since day one and there's nothing you could do. You'll never get any updates security updates anything for this. And there's a reason. Just do a little research into these kind of phones into any kind of cheap phone like this trust me you'll see why they're cheap. Save yourself and your family.

I honestly liked the phone. Huge battery and will last 3 days between charges. However, it still has to function as a phone. After 3 months now, I cannot seem to maintain a phone call. It will start fine and then I will lose the audio. The phone indicates it is still connected and when I hang up, it will take 2 to 3 minutes to complete. Then the phone network indicate will go from full bars to empty and it will pop up that the network is lost. Within a few seconds, the network returns and I can dial back. The calls may drop as quickly as 4 minutes, but now seldom lasts 20 minutes. (Also, finger print reader is very finnicky).

this phone has been nothing but trouble since the moment I got it and it is going back. it is very sensitive to the slightest touch and it will end your call and on top of that it ate my sim card. somehow after a week of using it or should I say tolerating it I get the pop up telling me that I have no service so I check my sim card because I knew the bill was paid and what do I see ….an empty sim card holder and I look inside the opening and I see the very edge of the sim card way back in the phone and it won't come out with out opening the phone up and it just is not worth the trouble or the cost

everything works excellent.

Ya con unos meses de uso puedo dar una opinión más completa del teléfono, y al final a sido una decepción por la cencilla razón, de que el principal motivo de comprarme un teléfono resistente, tiene que ver con justamente eso, que ante un previsible accidente tenga más posibilidades de sobrevivir y las demás cosas son secundarias, y sucede que ante una fuerte lluvia el teléfono se mojo y ya se murió empezó a vibrar como si estuviera en corto y no prendió más, no fue que se cayó a una piscina solo se mojo y punto y final.

Fingerprint scanner doesn't work. After 6 weeks of using the phone it quit completely. Cannot contact seller. Phone number to them no longer in use. Will not accept messages so am unable to return. Amazon will accept the return but for $90. less than I paid for the phone. Very disappointed.

Can’t answer phone calls no one can hear you on it…..terrible phone…..and I cannot even trade it in on another phone even though I ave only had it a month!
