Great alarm

Great alarm for the moneyBit of a pain to realise the batteries have given up as theres no warning.Highly recommend

If product becomes defective there is no help with resolving the issue

Bite alarm purchased in Feb 2020 and consistently the batteries ran out quickly. I then put in brand new batteries and left it switched off and the batteries died, indicating a fault draining them. Contacted Fox who told me to go to supplier of the alarm. The supplier SDM Tackle contact number is in fact an Amazon number which was of no help at all. I could find no way of contacting the supplier other than by post which I suspect is a private house! So be warned do not expect any help if the product becomes faulty.
