I use these cameras around the outside of my house and because of the cords and the infrared light they look very real. One night the neighborhood had a series of car break ins over the holidays. My driveway was not affected ......and the police came to my residence asking if they could see my footage to see if they could gain information of the people responsible. They thought my cameras were real! I'm convinced the cameras saved my vehicles from break ins that night. Love the cameras!!!

We were clearing out land at the end of a dead end and there’s no street lights. Some lazy jerks dumped trash across the street from us when they could have dumped it in the giant trash container down the street. Bought this and put it up and haven’t had any issues since. No dumping or trespassing! It looks very real. Only advice is you should put batteries in so it works at night as well as in the day otherwise it won’t work at night for too long. Great buy!

I love this as a quick and easy way to deter people from coming on your property without spending money on high priced real cameras. I have a few real cameras but I added some of these just to have the appearance of having much more security than I do. I think it’s one of the Best Buy’s I’ve ever made.

While it’s still a fair value overall I wish they told you that you needed to go out and find your own 1.5 V solar collecting batteries which don’t seem to exist. Most solar collecting AA batteries are 1.2 V, not 1.5V, so I am currently testing some 1.2 V to see if it will keep the light running. I also wish there were better instructions and a company or brand name on the box with an 800 number. Instead the box is completely blank of branding and you have to figure it out yourself. I really don’t like to support this kind of marketing, but since I have an engineering degree, I will figure it out.

We've installed a number of these around our property and I love the red blinking light because it actually does look real. I also ordered rechargeable batteries in the little solar panel on the camera I believe will keep those batteries going for an extremely long time!

Had a dog owner in the neighborhood developing a bad habit, before I went through the more costly and stressful route of installing a trail cam and confronting the offender I thought I gave this a try. Whadaya know, no more cleaning up after someone else's dog!

Pretty awful. Stopped working after three weeks. I don’t believe that the solar charging capability works, it’s battery operated and doesn’t seem to be charging with solar. Very cheaply made and now doesn’t work after three weeks

I screwed it to a tree at the beginning of my driveway: tons of fun.I bought this on 26 SEP 2019 and it's still going strong, outdoors, rain, snow, wind and sun. Great product!
