Do not buy!!!!
Received defective. Does not want to charge when you plug it in. And when it does it won’t shut off once you unplug it. Case is very slippery. You can’t even hold it without it slipping everywhere. Power button and volume buttons are very hard to press. Worst case I have ever purchased and I purchased many.

Not worth it. Look elsewhere. Shuts down unexpectedly
It’ll charge, but never to 100% anymore. Say its around 50% and I activate the case battery, it’ll charge for maybe 20 min (~60%) then shut itself off. Tried it with optimum charging setting engaged and disengaged; same result each time. Not worth it, wont last you.

Charger doesn't always work/charge
After what I paid for the case/charger, it shouldn't have quit already, or be giving my son problems. It doesn't always work/charge so I had to go to Walmart today and get him a new case and am NOT VERY HAPPY.

Dissatisfied Customer
I am very unhappy with this product. The connection to the phone charge from the case was bent and had to manage to fit into the case. After that was completed the port became warm to the touch even a little hot. I had to turn off the battery power after it became hot to touch. I always tried to wireless charging and it appears to not be working.I felt like I got a defective item. I am debating to return it or replacing it and giving it another chance.

2 separate purchases both with same defect
I ordered 1 and I found out that the charging port doesn’t work and only charges with wireless charger and the seller sent me a second free of charge when i filed a defect and I received my second and turns out it has the same defect and only charges the case with wireless charger I’m kinda upset but then for being a battery pack on the cheap side I wouldn’t expect any less it having flaws just wished the power port charged when connected to power cable rather than setting it on the wireless charge

Item didn’t work. Waiting for replacement
I asked to exchange it as it won’t charge. I have tried multiple apple cables but the charging process is on & off.

Don’t waste your money
Phone case is trash. Would not hold charge. After charging it afew time is completely stopped charging. Would not charge with wire nor charge plate. Garage can is where it belongs. Trash. Also when the light is blinking it’s suppose to be charging but I let it charge all night and it never left off of light one. Put my phone in it and it turned on and then turn right off. Once again garbage.

Do Not Waste Your Money
It charged one day. My phone died and this waste of my money battery pack case didn’t charge my phone. What an inconvenience.
