So far, everything is working as advertised.——- end updated review ——— 2024.10.27I got this for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and Apple Watch. The phone goes vertically and when I tried horizontally, it would not charge. I thought it was intended to only work vertically. It charged phone and watch well. Great for travel. Took with me on a week long business and a vacation trip and so glad I did. But I was hoping for a vertically charging, displaying one when I saw that this actually does that. I checked and it did. Just not effective/efficiently. And then towards end of 3rd month, I woke up one morning and phone was not fully charged. I thought it was not placed properly but it has happened consistently since, even after ensuring phone is charging when I leave it vertically on stand. And I charge without a case. Watch charger still working well. Checked Amazon for support. Troubleshooting guide with 2 items. Led me to sight but no support.Too bad return window closed.

I purchased the item on February 3rd. It stopped charging my watch on March 10th. Return window closed March 7. This was the 3rd one I bought and all of them stopped charging the watch. Defeats the purpose if all three chargers don’t work. The reason I bought so many was because the very first one lasted for quite a while so I bought one for my guest bedroom. The second and third one seems to be a different model with no watch coil. Also for whatever reason this one made my phone very hot while charging. The very first one I had charged with my case on. This one would sometimes stop. You wake up, thinking you’re fully charged on all devices and they are halfway done. I will not be purchasing another one and that’s too bad because they are very convenient for charging and for traveling. But they have to work properly.

I ordered one for both my boyfriend & I and we both love it! Compact & super handy. It folds up nicely so you can take it when you travel too.

This station looks sleek and I loved it. The lights at the bottom were nice looking. Phone charging part took just one plug to work.That’s where all of the positives end. The watch charger is NOT included. In addition, it needs a USB import, so you can’t use the original charger with the mini USB. So I had to order a separate charger. Fine, but then you have to take the time to snake the cord as pictured to get it to fit under the top to not show. It was a pain! I would think the tight turns would quickly damage the cord so you’d have to change it somewhat frequently.After all of that, I did finally get the magnetic piece for the watch into the appropriate spot. However, it’s in a plastic cover, and the magnetic piece is at a 90 degree angle, so you have gravity working against you. The magnetic piece is just not strong enough to hold the watch up. In addition, the plastic piece really did cover the magnetic piece and it was not an effective charger.All in all, I do not recommend this charging station. Find one that includes everything and charges your watch on a flat base.UPDATE 3/12/22Customer service is great. After my poor review, the company reached out to apologize. They advised they switched manufacturers, and offered to send one to me to try.I already had one I liked from someone else, but was up for trying it again. The look of this is the same, and that’s great because I loved it to begin with.This new one came with one charger, and you no longer need a separate USB Apple Watch charger! Now, instead of running the cord in the compartment, this is a two second set up that you just need to plug in!Another thing I didn’t like about the first one, was that the watch holder is vertical, and you had to close the watch around it to stay. On this one, it is a quality magnet and holds effortlessly!Lastly, for those who have the OG air pods (first generation) this works great! My other stand only works for 2 generation or newer, so I couldn’t use it for them. I don’t have this problem on this one.I am extremely happy with the product, and it feels like the seller does care about the product quality, and I can just tell by the improvements in the newer product!I recommend now!

The phone charging part stopped working after about 6 months. The watch and the headphones still charge fine.
