Fingerprint Disc Brake Lock Biometric Anti Theft Motorcycle Wheel Padlock Bluetooth Electric Lock for Motorcycles Bicycles Scooter Moped

This is one of the most frustrating purchases I have made here on Amazon. I so badly want this product to work as promised, but it just doesn't. It takes a MILLION tries (the FIVE (5) cited in the manufacturer's video is a complete fantasy) to set it up manually, and then it's still a toss-up as to whether it will recognize your fingerprint once you've set it up. Still I so badly want a fingerprint disc lock this, I'm am hoping the THREE (3) locks I have purchased so far are just DUDS and that the fourth time is the charm. I will update this review accordingly. In the meantime, it's uber-frustrating....so close, but no cigar.EDIT: I give up...I wish I could give this product ZERO stars for stealing HOURS of my time, which includes multiple trips to UPS to return what I thought were just DUDS, with little hope of PAYOFF. . After purchasing it THREE times and experiencing the same sense of futile failure with all three, I have no idea how Amazon stands by this product at all by choosing it as an "Amazon Choice" item. Also, I'm now highly skeptical of the "positive" reviews. Good idea, needs for technological know-how to make it work. It doesn't work. Full stop. Don't waste your time.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I just witnessed a AAA service guy pry open this lock with a SCREWDRIVER in under 10 seconds. Do not be swayed by the cool fingerprint, iPhone app technology which are easy to use/install. The electronic lock crapped out on me after about a year, leaving my motorcycle immobilized in my driveway. I called AAA to have them remove the lock (with what I assumed would be bolt cutters), and the guy pried open the lock immediately (see picture) with a screwdriver. The only thing this lock provided me was a false sense of security. Still shocked at how little effort it took to remove it from my brake disc.

This lock works perfectly! Set up, perfect! Use, works every time. Flexible, unlocks with fingerprint, Bluetooth, and you can even use a "one time code" giving permission for someone else to open the lock.Another nice feature is the rechargeable battery. Better yet, it uses the latest USB – C charge cord, so right up to date technology wise.Hard to believe this lock is so low priced. It should cost a lot more, compared to what else is out there.I don't want to discount anyone's review, but sometimes, I see one star reviews and really wonder about the validity. That said, I have left one star reviews… But this lock is definitely a 5 star!

Not water proof. Lock would not open and I had get a refund and had to break it to release bike.

Once set up, everything works great. You can open the lock with a finger print or with the app. I do think they should keep updating their app though. I found it a little difficult to set up a profile and add the fingerprint. It allows up to 10 profiles, but you can't delete a profile. I made a mistake with a profile and now that profile is worthless. You can reset the lock to factory settings and just start over I guess. I made two profiles, one for my left thumb and one for my right. I also added my wife's profile. Then bought a second one for her bike.

The lock is installed on my brake disk and will not open or tak a charge. The app crashes before it opens. Emailed support twice, thry replied to charge it with a power bank, how ever it wont take a charge at all. They say i will have to cut it off. Thry did offer to send me a replacement but untill the app is fixed the replacement would be useless.

My husband had a hard time having this lock read his thumb print on a consistent basis.. half the time he had to use his phone to unlock. It also ended up breaking easily we are disappointed with it don’t recommend

I enjoy the product for the purposes of no key. However I always have to attempt3or more times for the lock to open
