Brace is a little tight to the head
Brace is a little tight to the head, but you can work around it. Tippers are of “meh” quality, but easy enough to tune with a bit of sandpaper and some wax. Head is lovely and sounds good in general, but improves with a little 220 grit scuff up. Case is of surprisingly good quality. Overall, a fantastic beginner/travel bodhràn that will sound great on stage as well in a pinch.

The drum is lightweight, sturdy andvery loudThe case I received with mine had a stitched in defect in the handle that wasa pain to fixThis drum comes with 2 nice wooden tippersProbable country of origin is Pakistan, I thinkI love this drum, it's excellent for anyone needing an economical, nicely portable alternative instrument
