This keyboard IMO is the best of the best. Yea, it is a bit more expensive than other out there, but you are getting more. You get an option of many different Cherry MX keys(I went with Blue), a USB pass through, GREAT RGB lighting, added macro keys and a VERY comfortable wrist rest.I have tried the Razer Blackwidow V3 and the Elite. Both are good keyboards, but the Elite, while it had a nice wrist rest(magnetic) had black key bases so it's RGB lighting is dim and the V3, which does have good RGB lighting, didn't have the USB pass through and came with a hard plastic wrist rest that doesn't attach , in any way, to the keyboard(no magnets or anything, it just sits there). The green Razer keey were pretty good but no match for the feel and sound of true Cherry MX Blue keys.Another thing I love about the K95 is the ability to load lighting profiles directly to the keyboard so you do NOT need to be running iCue to get the lighting effects you want. This is a nice thing to have when you want to run a minimized set up for gaming or move the keyboard to another computer. Razer has none of this.On top of this, the light really blows Razer out of the water. With the exception of the Blackwidow V3, all Razer RGB keyboards seem dim and under lit compared to Corsair. The translucent key bases make all the difference. Plus this has an added RGB light bar at the top of the keyboard for an extra add effect, which looks awesome. And the Corsair log is at the top of the keyboard, so it does NOT get hidden by the write rest, unlike Razer's keyboards, which have the log at the bottom.The one (big) minus I will give Corsair is iCue. It is a big step behind Razer in programmability. It seems to take a lot more steps to accomplish what is easily done in Razer's Synapse. Plus, if you have multiple Razer devices, it allows you to group the devices so when you set a lighting profile, it applies to ALL devices. In iCue, you have to set the lighting profile for EACH device independently, which is a complete waste of time. To add to this, while Corsair has profiles that you can load to the keyboard directly, you have to program them in it's own HARDWARE tab and you CANNOT copy regular lighting profiles to the Hardware tab. So you basically have to program the light profile TWICE. This is by far the best keyboard I have ever owned! I love this thing!The software that you need to control the RGB is not bad either. Much better than some out there.Pros:Very well made. (SOLID)Comes with some extra keys so you can customize it a bit. And the tool to remove the keys.Has a USB input on the front of the board to the left of the cord.Very nice cord. One of if not the nicest cord I have ever seen on a keyboard.Decent software.RGB works as it should. And customizing it is not hard.Sound roller works great and is nice to use.You save profiles to it and with a single key press you can change them.Lighting can be dimmed for the keyboard and has 3 brightness settings and off.Cons. The Lighting is not as bright as some competitors out there.Its kind of expensive, but honestly you are getting what you pay for so not really sure that's a con.Its large, so might not fit well on a smaller deskKeys are a little loud, but not bad. They have one that is supposed to be quitter, but I like the shorter stroke of the (Speed) version keys. So I will put up with the noise.Honestly I had to nit pick to come up with some cons for it.Over all this is a very good keyboard and is worth every penny it costs.I was skeptical about spending this much money on a keyboard but I am a believer now!

This keyboard is great. The keys are very responsive, and it takes next to no effort to get an input on screen. It is a dream to play video games with, and the typing experience isn't bad either, even with the curved wasd keys you get (this is optional, it comes with the regular keys installed). The wrist rest is nothing special, I wish it had a thicker, more firm cushion. It's very thin and cheap. I'm pretty sure my wrists are resting on the hard part right now, but it's not uncomfortable when using it so it's ok. I think the wrist rest should be better for a 195$ keyboard. The software is a little less than great, but it's totally fine. It offers tons of fun light preset options and allows you to make your own. The only issue I have with it is that when I boot up my PC, it doesn't launch automatically, and at the same time it will automatically create a minimum of 5 profiles named after the keyboard. I don't know why, but it happens after you delete those profiles. I deleted them because I accidently switch profiles with a button on my mouse actively changing my button maps on my mouse. It's annoying for obvious reasons. I just mapped the profile switch button on my (Dark Core SE) mouse to "tab" so that should fix the profile switch problem.If you want a quality top-of-the-line gaming keyboard with all of the bells and whistles. This is a strong contender. I recommend this keyboard it's great gaming keyboard despite its shortcomings.

the build quality and features of this keyboard are very nice, the lights- great, the keys- great, the software is intuitive and fun... BUT... this keyboard's software is finicky and temperamental. I originally bought this keyboard since my PC has mostly Corsair parts and figured that the software integration and use of this thing would be seamless, but nearly every time I try to use this keyboard to play video games, it just makes the games lag horribly until the Corsair iCue software crashes. Once iCue crashes, the macros quit working, and the game returns to its normal fps and latency. All my drivers are updated, and everything works find, so I'm not really sure why this is happening, but that's been my only hiccup so to speak with this thing. It's a nice keyboard, sure, but definitely not worth the $200 price tag. You'll get as many features from a Logitech keyboard, and you'll get comparable lighting from a Razer.

Me gusto la sensibilidad y suavidad al teclear , su gama de combinaciones de colores RGB y el descansa muñecas es acolchonado . Lo que no me gusto es que los leds indicadores de mayúsculas, números o scroll encendido son muy tenues y con la iluminación de la oficina no se aprecian si están activados

Atualização - 1/1/2023Após um ano de uso, todas as teclas estão piscando e o teclado deu problema em todas as teclas, eu sou muito cuidadoso com minhas coisas, e o teclado caro como esse tive muito cuidado e mesmo assim, é de péssima qualidade, não recomendo a compra de teclados corsair.------------------------A resolução de minha camera não é tão boa, entretanto posso garantir que após 25 anos de desenvolvimento de sistemas encontrei um teclado perfeito, tudo é bom, teclas em PBT double shot, cherry mx speed, pra quem digita rapido é a melhor coisa, entretanto quem não tem uma digitação apurada, pode errar muito ao digitar, pois as teclas são muito sensíveis. são teclas leves demais, incriveis, tudo no teclado é premium.

Also wenn Produkt genau nach 2 Jahren kaputt geht und das bei stolzen preis von 232 Euroda hat sich der hohe preis nur für verkäufer gelohnt.Software ist miserabel aber man konnte damit leben mal kein licht oder soaber die defekte tasten so A 2 sec Reaktionszeit oder sie klickt 2 mal oder gar nicht da diese taste zum zocken braucht schrott............ nie wider Corsair Tastaturps die grauen extra tasten waren nach 3 Monaten ohne Farbe also konnte man Buchstaben nicht mehr lesen.

It is heavy and sturdy. I was able to configure 11 lightning effects in iCue so the keys come with different colors and the ESC blinks. My kids cannot wait to buy some cute key caps!Yet I want some constraints though.The keyboard takes two, instead of one, USB ports - one for the keyboard, one for the USB pass through and is USB 2.0 only. I was a little disappointed because my legacy Apple A1243 keyboard (back to year 2008!) needs only one USB port, but comes with 2 USB ports on left and right.The Cherry MX Blue switches are amazing. It was actually my kid’s’ preference to louder clicks and clacks. I personally like brown. That been said, Blue still works for me. But the feeling when the key reaches bottom is really too loud and hurt. I am going to buy some o-ring under the key caps. Small problem.Generally, this USB keyboard is NOT recognized before the OS boots up. It mean you cannot hit the key to enter BIOS interface. You have to manually turn on/off BIOS mode so that you can use the keyboard to get into and change BIOS settings. The method is cumbersome: you have to unplug USB cable, then press and hold B and S same time, plug in the USB and keep hold B and S for 5 seconds until the three top right LEDs,(NumLock, CapsLock and ScrollLock) all turn on, then you can release B and S. Now you can enter and manage BIOS using keyboard. At BIOS mode, all the fancy effects and actions defined in iCUE won’t work., it is just a plain ordinary keyboard. If you want to quit BIOS mode, you have to unplug again, hold the ESC then plug in USB cable, keep holding ESC for 5seconds until the3 LEDs (NumLock, CapsLock and ScrollLock) turns off. Once you leave BIOS mode, the lighting effects and actions will come back. If you need to tweak BIOS settings, it’s suggested that you have a legacy keyboard on hand.Although you can define complex multiple lighting effects (e.g. blue for a-z, red for 1-0, green for others, rainbow wave for background, etc) in iCue. If iCue isn’t running, or if you are at locking screen, only one lighting effect is permitted.In general, this keyboard is impressive and robust. Pity I cannot find an ideal Corsair keyboard with wireless + RGB backlit + Cherry Blue switches. This wired edition is my final compromise.

UPDATE: With firmware update 4.22.30, RGB freezing problem while using it with USB hub is completely resolved.The best keyboard can only beat the Corsair K100 when it comes with blue switches in the future.I used Corsair K95 with speed switches and replaced it with K95 Platinum XT because of the MX blue switches.It works like charm, solid build, PBT keycaps, cushioned wrist rest, all are awesome. The only issue that I discovered is that the RGB lights gets stuck sometimes when I use this keyboard with a USB hub. When it is connected directly to the system's USB, it works flawlessly.
