I used this for the first time in Burma when I got some bad food. One packet in a bottle of water usually will do the job, but you can use up to 3 a day if you really have a problem. This product coats the bacteria so it can't cause a problem and flushes it our of your system. Instructions in Russian but I just told you all you need to know. Not for sale in US ( thanks FDA) but available all over the world. All product is made in France and packaged in many different languages.

Best stuff in the world. Gets rid of acidic stomach without any side effects. Settles upset stomach and intestinal issues.
