Perfect for any small aquarium
Works well, great value and easy to install. I use it on the highest setting to promote plant growth in a small planted tank. Light levels are adjustable for other applications.

Works good, not super bright
It’s a cute little light, and easy to set the timer and adjust the lighting. It isn’t a super bright light, but works well for my 6 gal betta tank. The suction cups aren’t super great though. They keep falling off every couple days or so

Good light at a great price!
I decided to add a live plant to my 3.5 gallon betta and snail tank. My built-in hood light was insufficient, so I looked around and bought this light. It's small size is perfect for my tank, and the independently adjustable brightness for the white and blue lights means you can get the mix just the way you want it. The timer is great for giving plants consistent daily light. My daughter has a 70 gallon tank and says she wishes she had seen these when she bought the lights for her tank, as she could have saved hundreds of dollars.Update: I just ordered my third light of this type. The second was for an aquarium I am in charge of at the library where I work. It is getting a complete make-over into a 20 gallon community shrimp/nano fish planted aquarium. The third is for a 6 gallon Fluval Edge tank. The tank has a great look to it with the water all the way to the top glass, but the lights on it are inadequate. You can upgrade from 3 watts to 5 watts, but the replacement is about $45! So I took the 7.5 inch light I had bought originally, and found that if I took the rubber end off the light it perfectly fits in the chimney-like part at the top, along side the existing light. This brings it up to 7 watts for a 6 gallon tank. I love these lights and unreservedly recommend them!

Very versatile
I really like the ability to change the color and its brightness. The blue color seems to keep the fish calmer and looks great at night when used. The suction cups hold well and make it very easy to place where desired.

Year and a half later, blue failed
It worked great/looked great from may 2023 - Sept 2024. The blue lights stopped working.

Bright!
The aquarium lights that came with my hood died and I needed a replacement. I wanted something similar in size and I contemplated with buying a different hood but opted for this instead. I like that you can choose which light setting you want - white/blue, one or the other...I don't use the timer feature since we have a timer already and I prefer to use mine since it will keep the same light settings. I've read others say if you use the timer it comes with it resets your light settings, which I would be annoyed with.I have mine suctioned to the underside of the hood and it's only come loose once (about 3 days after installation) since then it's been fine. It's hard to see in the pictures, but it's definitely brighter than the LEDs that came with the fish tank but it's nice you can adjust the lighting too. It's being used in a 5.5 gallon Top Fin tank that is about 5 years old.

Easy setup and high quality!
Its a much improvment to my other light. It has a 8, 10, 12 hour setting which only takes a click or two to get setup. Suction is strong and light is waterproof.
