This was to be a gift but I ordered one for me as well. The reproduction on the mug was not only excellent, they put it on both sides. Not everyone does that. The print choices were generous in the number to choose from. Mine came out whimsical, as I had desired. I recommended them to my daughter. The value for the price is excellent!

I was very pleasantly surprise to see the final product with my photos on both sides. The photos were clear and filled almost the entire height of the mug, and not cropped to a smaller size as I was expecting. The mugs arrived quickly and are sturdy, high quality mugs. Also, although one of the mugs was damaged during shipping, the seller immediately offered to replace it as well as offer a discount for my trouble. All in all, I would highly recommend this product as well as the seller.

I ordered 4 of these mugs and am 100% satisfied with them. In fact, I just ordered 2 more for gifts. I am impressed with the quality of the mug. It is made of a strong material and does not look like it will chip. It has a comfortable handle. The printing on the mugs is colorful and clear. It looks like it will hold up over time. I received the mugs in several days and they were carefully packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. This seller did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My cup is perfect! Very clear picture and sized correctly. I can not say enough about this product. The shipping was fast and my cup was packaged (wrapped) with extreme care! I will be a returning customer for sure.

I first bought one for my grandmother and she raved about it. One side had the whole family and the other side had my daughter and her. She just loved it. So when Mother’s Day rolled around my mother in law who insists we never buy her anything m and really wants for naught I thought it was a perfect gift since she adores her granddaughter and is a coffee lover. I love that you can put pics on both sides. The mugs came fast and well packaged so they wouldn’t get broken. The mug is sturdy. I am going to order another one for her grandfather for Father’s Day!

This turned out super nice.... they did a great job with pic.. and wording underneath.. Pic is on both sides of mug, it was a gift for my husband he loves it. I used a fav. pic of our two dogs... it says dishwasher and microwave safe, it's almost too nice to use.

I ordered 2 mugs, one for my daughter and one for myself. My daughters arrived intact and I was very pleased with the product. Mine arrived with a broken handle. When I contacted the seller, they apologized and immediately sent me a replacement. After MORE issues with the USPS with delays (no fault of the seller), I finally received my mug.The seller was so nice, gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, and EVEN offered to refund my money after the second mug was delayed by USPS. Good quality, good price, and excellent customer service. What else can you ask for? I will be buying from them again.

The media could not be loaded. perfect!! Was super easy to customize and came int time for moms day !! The pictures look super clear !! And the text as well! It came protected in bubble wrap, It was great and the price was also not overly expensive
