Gentle cleanser. Recommended by my dermatologist. So far works well and does not dry out face. Scent is mild. Does not have a big lather which I like.

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!! My son has been using it for about 6-7 months now and it's the only thing we've found that will clear his face up.

Expensive but worthwhile; gently cleans and rinses off without residue. I use it every day before I shave.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this face wash! Even though it's a mens line, I gave into a recommendation by a lady at Nordstroms with the most perfect skin I have ever seen. I'm glad I did, I noticed an improvement in my skin almost immediately, the only reason I did not give it the 5th star is because of the packaging. I wish that they would instead sell it in a more squeezable tube or in a bottle with a pump (I've seen the larger size does come with a pump). It can be a little challenging to squeeze the product out of this bottle especially with wet hands. Other than that, the product itself is AMAZING. Side note: I have rosacea & very sensitive skin, this works fine with it & does not irritate. I do not have dry skin or I would use their green formula (algae)- my mom uses that one & is happy with it for those with dry skin...

Great product that really cleans and moisturizes the skin.

I've been using this facewash for about 8 years. I have oily/mixed skin so I have experimented with harsher face wash and supplemented with lotion and achieved mixed results. I have found that with my skin, applying this cleanses and keeps it moisturized enough I do not need to apply moisturizer afterwards. If I do it becomes too oily and will cause me to break out. Out of every combination of products I have tried this by itself is the best. Even my fiance uses it over her products. This is expensive but a little goes a long way and if you have skin with me try my suggestion and I think you'll be very pleased.

The soap is great, BUT the pump is a notorious problem. It's not really "broken" but very cheap. Here's how to fix it:- unlock the pump and remove all soap. Clean the pump in warm water. Submerge and see if bubbles come out of the pump. This confirms it is sucking air from the tube and will unclog any hard soap in the tube.- when you unlock the pump, make sure the grey lock ring stays on the cap part otherwise it will rise up/down with the pump which obstructs the pump action.- After that is secured, keep (patiently) pumping for a couple minutes. You will know it works when soap is going into the tube and rising. This is a weak pump so it will take time for the soap to get to the top, where it'll finally dispense.This is something nobody should have to deal with especially for a $70 bottle of soap! This pump needs to be upgraded.

I've used Anthony products for a very long time, usually purchased at Nordstrom. For cleansers, I've tried the Algae Cleanser which I love and their orange Facial Scrub (which smells good but for some reason I don't like the feeling I get on my skin from it and I have a full bottle just chillin in the corner). They have both been replaced by the Glycolic Facial Cleanser and I'm a huge fan. It's not the strongest, but it is perfect for daily use.Pros:- Great daily cleanser- End result is feeling clean without drying out your skin- Scent is unbothersome- I appreciate that they are upfront with the glycolic percentage, a lot of brands hide this and it's difficult to find what you need (had difficulties finding something that met my derm's recommendations)Cons:- Can't think of any, wish it was free .99 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
