I really wanted to like this but it's too uncomfortable. The side arms create a snug seat environment and the seat padding has a poofy-ness that is awkward to sit on. It is gorgeous to look at. And super sturdy though. Gotta say. Love the weight capacity on this one but a 300 lb person can NOT sit on this. I'm 190 and it's uncomfortable. So sad most bar stools are not comfortable.

Well made, with a fine cushion and great wood finish.

These chairs are sturdy and well made. I've only had them a short time but Wow...they are beautiful. I'm partial to nailhead furniture and you can't tell they are not leather. These chairs have completely changed the look of my kitchen. Highly recommended!

I ordered 4 of these and really liked them for the price. Amazon was over $100. a stool less than Home Depot for the identical barstool.The look is want I wanted and the metal kickplate added long term value but one arrived with a stain on the back cloth and it appears that it had previously been damaged and repaired with a wood filler.I sent that one back and that's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.Amazon arranged for UPS to pick it up at my front door. All I had to do is repackage it which was easy as I had saved the packaging.Thank you Amazon!!

The chairs are nice. They were easy to put together, only took about 5 minutes each. They are also comfortable to sit in for an average size person. If you're on the larger side I would say no. The seat is smaller than I expected, but is fine for our family. I also should have paid attention to the smaller print that they are not leather. They are also much more brown, as they look black in the picture and the description says they are black. They are actually a mottled brown and black. I ordered these chairs on sale 3 times and never got the order. Finally paid full price for the 4th order and for them a couple weeks later after numerous phone calls an emails for 3 months. I feel like I was scammed into paying more for the chairs than the listed price. Sort of a bait and switch... not legal but it happens.

The chair is exactly what I wanted. Swivel with armrests stool. I needed four and was lucky to only order one because the chair arrived with the right armrest broker off from the the back of the chair in such a way I would not be able to jerry-rig a repair.

This chair is very comfortable. It's fit perfectly with the height of a regular island counter.I give this high rating for comfort. Overall rating was a 3. Pricing was a little to high, Which is why u see only 1 chair. Lol. But plan to get the second.

Ordered two, they came from two separate places, one damaged... returned it and Amazon promptly replaced it. The stools are really gorgeous and look high quality, however, the seat is not very cushy.
