Alright so by far this is the best grinder I have ever purchased. The color for one is amazing. Deep but vibrant purple is what you get. Color is superb. Love the aggressive looking design with the dog and the spikes. The edges make the grind super easy. Plus the gaps they leave in between the teeth make a huge difference. Hourglass design is awesome because you can take it out and have a more compact grinder. The main reason I went with alpha is because you can remove and clean the screen! So cool since these get gummed up and eventually become useless. One downfall and the ONLY reason I'm not going with 5 stars is because no I do not believe you should use it right out of the box. So it seems they machine the grinder and directly package it and ship it. Through that prosses, you may have tiny bits of leftover metal that was cut but not cleaned out. So here's what I did. They give you a black little brush with it plus a clear scraper. You'll never use the little black brush. Take the grinder all apart. Use the black brush and brush out every part of it. Especially the threads where any two pieces screw together. I mean really get in there. You will ruin the brush doing this so dont worry your going to throw it away anyways. You will notice small bits of purple shavings come out. Dont worry you'll be alright. Do that do every piece and just blow out the rest and put it all back together BOOM your good to go. I dont mind doing that but I know people have to have everything perfect and ready and an instant, but the truth is it's not. Buy the grinder, brush it out, you will not be disappointed. Grind on daily grinders, grind on.

This is the best grinder I have ever used, not only for its superior grinding ability, I mean really nicely grinds even tough very dense material comes out perfectly ground and fluffy as can be. BUT the best thing I love about it is what happens at the bottom... The unsuspected surprise ability to collect more kief than any other grinder by far, I'm not sure what goes on down there but this collection system is simply unbelievable and bad ass. I have been using it for about a month and a half now and I have half filled my collection tray with what is sure to be some moonrock to remember 🥴

This grind is amazing!!!! Not only does it have long threads on both the top and the bottom trays, no accidental spilling with this one!!! Its big enough so it dosent hurt your hands or wrists when grinding, the grooves on the top feel good in the hands as well when grinding.. Even when the top is stuffed it cuts up and grinds your herb nicely! The little window max it easy to see when you need to refresh your supply! Both the little tools that come with make it much easier for not only cleaning out Kiev screen but collecting what has gathered at the bottom! And best for last the have a very easily removable screen with a little handle to easily screw in and out your screen for extra easy cleaning of both the screen and you holding compartment<< this detail was left out in description and pictures Idk why my favorite feature!!!!! I see this grinder lasting me a very long time!! I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR YOUR NEXT LASTING FAVORITE GRINDER!!!!!

Bought a couple of these, one for me and a couple gifts for my friends. Must say I was pleasantly surprised when I received my Alpha grinder a quality product even the box was very nice with magnetic lid. I really liked the Kief catcher along with little scoop and brush that are included. Has a viewing spot to looking in which is neat feature. For 19.00 your not going to find anything better on the market, I even have a 60.00 dollar Santa Cruz shredder that's not even as nice as this Grinder.

OK 420 friendly people, I usually do not write reviews but I have found them to be very helpful and after recieveing and using this product, I have to say what and utter disappointment! I was looking for a new grinder to replace my old one of 3 years and this one looks great and had many new features I liked. And by looks it is a catchy product but for quality for a 420 user...it sucks. There are not enough teeth to cut fine quality herb and if you twist the grinder to hard trying to work the herb apart, the grinder locks in position with your herb trapped in the glass compartment. I was unable to get the grinder to unlock and basically had to shack the herb back through the teeth holes to get my herb out. Imagine how frustrating this after a long day at work and you just wanna relax...ugh very disappointed. So 420 friends, beware, this is not good for grinding quality herb and the grinder may lock up on you!!

This grinder deserves a review. It's literally the embodiment of everything I've lamented about a grinder Not being in my years of using various grinders. The grips around the outside ensure a good hand on it when actually grinding- no slipping because the herb is jammed up inside, in fact, grinding is effortless! Hasn't jammed once yet, and I had Never seen teeth configured like this design, so I was looking forward to seeing how it performed. A courser grind for a slower burn, which is nice too! Also, No more wondering if I need to grind and shaking it to hear if there's anything inside- the view windows are a great feature! The actual chamber the herb falls into is nice and deep! No more spilling over the side as it opens or while taking a pinch! The removable screen is something I've wanted for years, but it's always been firmly incorporated making grinders of the past impossible to clean! Overall this is the best grinder I've ever owned! It was shipped quickly and wrapped beautifully like a gift! Very pleased!

Have had over 50 different grinders and this one is hands down the best I've found. Smooth with little resistance when jammed full. Hasn't gummed up. Having the window is a cool feature too. Being a big dude it fits my hands. Doesn't feel small like they usually do. Holds over 7g comfortably and the pollen catch is great.

I love the open nature of this grinder. I don't have to fight and pre-trim pieces to fit in it. The downside of this is that the grind is not very fine. It leaves some pretty big chunks that might be ok to roll, but not so great for my vaporizer. I sometimes have to do a second pass. It's also harder to get started (due to the big pieces that fit in it) and requires a good amount of strength to grind... which isn't helped by the somewhat rough grip at the top that hurts the hand. A smoother, rubberized grip would be better. Also, because it requires such force in the same direction as the lower basket threading, you keep tightening it as you grind, and it makes it hard to open the basket afterwards. Overall, I like it, but it does have a few flaws.

over ll its a good grinder has a smooth grind as advertised, I love how it all fits together before screwing it together i also love how there's no mashing of the material you put into this grinder when grinding but in my opinion it could've use a smaller screen size as you end up with drysift instead of the pollen powder like other grinders over all good grinder and would defiantly buy different screen sizes for this grinder if they ever made them

This grinder is a joy to use. It has big rugged threads that can't be cross threaded. The teeth in the grinder are sharp and strong. I've ground a lot of herb with this thing and it never snags, never stops. It just grinds.Easy to clean it comes apart easily and collects all of your product without making mess.The best part about this thing is the price. It's inexpensive but great quality. Kudos and well done Alpha.

Mediocre at best. Not worth the price. Box is the nicest thing about it. Glass is handy, but seizes often hard to open sometimes not tough at all very flimsy cheap grinder but does the job it’s a grinder. And it does have some unique functions. Can’t say it’s the worst grinder I bought but not worth more than $10

I’m happy for the price, works well and I do like the window! So you can see how much product you haveI got purple and the colour is awesomeI have owned for over a month and product acts like brand new
