Nice as a dog step!
I bought this for my mum who had a dachshund who needs a bit of help getting onto the sofa. I was so impressed with the look, especially at this price, and bought the grey version to go with my suite for my dog too.It’s very sturdy and looks well made. A tip - the legs are inside a zipped up area under the seat. They screw on and ours were nicely lined up and I had them all on in minutes.

Great value - nice addition to the living room
For the price this is a great little footstool which has been a great addition to our living room - the neutral, beige colour works well in most settings. It is big enough to double up as a coffee table(although it needs a tray/something flat if putting cups/glasses on it)and two of us can comfortably stretch our feet out across it from the sofa when watching tv! It is also definitely sturdy enough to sit on. I have added a small throw to it to protect it but it looks great without.I have given it four stars instead of five because I feel the legs are a bit short(3") and have bought some that are longer and classier(from a company found elsewhere on Amazon) - these have totally transformed the stool and it now looks like it cost way, way more than it actually did, even with the added cost of the new feet. So - very satisfied so far...

An aid to bed
I have difficulty in lifting my legs fully and the stool provides an extra step to climb on when getting into bed. The stool is well made and fits in with our furniture.

Low height
It is a lovely footstool . Looks good and is a good width and length. However It is low to the ground and as you can see in the second picture it now has new elegant 6” legs, which I purchased separately from Amazon.
