The Maison Fossier, formerly the Maison Noël-Houzeau, was taken up in 1845 by Eugène Fossier and is considered the oldest biscuit factory in France. Since then the Maison Fossier has been on the rise, working its way into the hearts and stomachs of locals thanks to its top-selling product: the pink biscuit or biscuit rose. Maison Fossier combines the good taste of yesteryear with more modern flavours to satisfy all gourmets. These pastry chip cookies with raspberry, are as comfortable on the edge of a coffee cup in a decorative cake .?
